THE BUSINESS CENTER Located in the 'Beau View Bedroom' on 2nd floor includes a writing desk set within beautiful bay window overlooking the Historic District.
The entire property is equipped with unlimited private and secure high speed wireless Internet (FREE unlimited WiFi). Extra-capacity, full-size washer and dryer are located on 2nd floor. Please bring your own washing detergent. Detergent is provided for washing sheet/towels at check-out.
DINING AND COOKING Fully equipped kitchen with gleaming granite countertops, new stainless GE Profile appliances, industrial ice-machine, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, and cookware. The sunny breakfast nook seats four. The formal dining room seats an additional six people. The New Orleans style courtyard featuring a gas grill with an outdoor dining table with seating for four and a park bench tucked away for privacy on the northern perimeter. Additionally, there is the kitchenette in the 3rd floor master suite with mini-fridge, microwave and sink with table seating for four. NOTE: LP Tanks are provided for the grill, but renters are responsible for obtaining fuel. Often there is some left from previous renters.
ELECTRONIC AMENITIES Besides the electronics described in each bedroom, the living room features a 64’ Sanyo flat screen HDTV, Sony Blue-Ray player, and video and music library for your unlimited viewing and listening pleasure (disks located in chest in foyer). Absolutely beautiful home! Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay and the home was much more than we expected. Very easy access for parking. Casinos were within walking distance as well as very close access to the trolley stops offered to casino to casino.
Perfect location for our needs. Walking distance to the beach, Casinos, food. Rooms were immaculate. Decor was beautiful. Very good security features. Host was easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
House was great! Everything was clean and neat. Beds were excellent and the back patio was perfect. Location in close proximity to Waffle House and the casinos was also a huge plus. Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing, not only does it have enough room for 10, it is very nicely decorated and feels like home! We had a hard time leaving! You are in the center of everything. You can walk to several places, drive a short distance, or Uber wherever you want to go. This is the best place to stay in Biloxi for a large group.
Love this place it has everything you need. The owner was easy to get a hold of. It is in a great location. We will stay again next year.

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was perfectly located near food, entertainment, and even a hospital if needed. We felt completely safe and comfortable in the neighborhood, my husband and I even walked back from the casino one night/morning at 3am. We didn’t spend very much time in the house itself, as we were out celebrating, however it seemed to have everything needed in the kitchen to cook a meal. We found the house mostly clean, it could definitely use a good dusting but otherwise it was good. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, and lots of space in the bedrooms. We felt like the bath towels could use some updating, they seemed a little worn. The hostess was amazing to work with, she answered questions quickly and was friendly. There was an issue with the plumbing upon our arrival that was noticed from the previous guest and Donna let us know before we arrived and told us a plumber would be out the next morning between 10am and 1pm and that he had the code to the house and could let himself in so we didn’t need to be present to wait for him. Apparently there was some confusion on timing, because the plumber showed up at 8:30am when we were all still sleeping. He was very nice and apologetic and stepped outside while we all got up and dressed. Upon contacting Donna she apologized for the inconvenience and stated that she would refund me 50 for the inconvenience, which we thought was really kind.
Property and location were perfect with all amenities within walking distance. Wall around the courtyard provided amazing privacy for after golf drinks with the family. Will definitely book again for Golf 2026!!
We had a great experience with this property. The location was exactly what we were looking for with access to fishing and casinos. The house while a little on the older side was clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. I would recommend this place while heartedly!
Home was as pictured and was very nice. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the house was decorated and stocked with everything you would need. The courtyard was very nice and we sat outside more than we sat inside.
Very nice place..close to town and casinos. The only problem is it is across from the hospital, have to deal with ambulance noise. But otherwise highly recommend staying there. Beautiful house inside, lots of room.

Graduates of The University of Southern Mississippi, after earning a B.S. degree in 1981 & a Master’s Degree & National Board Certification in Elem. Educ., Donna taught elementary for 29.5 years before retiring from Biloxi Schools in 2010. Joe graduated in 1980 with a degree in Business Admin. with an emphasis in Finance & Real Estate & opened Kubota tractor/machinery dealerships in Mississippi & Florida. They also own Live Oak Plantation, a wedding venue in Pensacola, FL.
