We had a great vacation here! The home was large and comfortable and the game room and pool table were fun to have. The location is perfect - within easy walking distance to town and the Gatlinburg trail into the park. The hot tub on the quite and private back porch was a great place to relax in the evenings. Thanks for the great stay!
This is a special place!! We came with a group of friends and kids. Very convenient location. The house was clean and in good shape and had plenty of cooking amenities. Also has laundry on site which was perfect for travelling with kids! The showers all had two sprayers which the kids all thought was cool. We saw a bear and coyote right in the backyard which was super exciting for our families. The kids loved the arcade and pool table and playing in the woods. We enjoyed having a bonfire, going in the hot tub and walking to town to play mini golf and do the activities. Ober and the smoky national park are both very close.

House needs a deep cleaning. Shower in upper level needs new sliding door tracks, same in the downstairs shower. Hot tub was not very hot. The downstairs shower was very SLOW to drain and the heater

Hey Deborah, i wish you wound reaxh out to us so we can take care of these issues. Now that we are aware of them they will be taken care of.
The communication with our host was outstanding. The cabin’s proximity to downtown Gatlinburg is amazing. It was just a 10 minute walk. The cabin was extremely clean and cozy. We will definitely stay at this location again.
We had a great stay. We saw bear daily and our host was responsive. Check in was easy, kitchen was stocked. The location was great. It was fairly clean except for under the beds and furniture were pretty dirty. We would stay again.
What a wonderful cabin for our entire family (including our dogs) to enjoy Christmas in Gatlinburg! The cabin is cozy, yet there in plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. We loved the game room and had some fun pool tournaments, while others enjoyed the vintage arcade games. The addition on the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the living room was a nice touch, along with the box of Little Debbie's Christmas tree cakes, hot cocoa and marshmallows. The hosts were great and super responsive during the booking process. They provided all the details to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. The location couldn't be beat. It is walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, so we never needed to fight traffic or look for parking. If you're looking for a pet friendly, super convenient, well appointed cabin, look no further!
We have stayed here multiple times. It is always wonderful. Perfect location to walk to downtown yet still feels secluded. Always fun to see the bears.
We absolutely loved this cabin. Its proximity to the strip and the tram to Ober make it very easy to get around. We are already planning next years trip back to this cabin.
We had a fantastic time, saw plenty of wildlife and bears every day. We would book this cabin again if it will accommodate the number of family members traveling next time, as we were missing a few this time. Our only complaints were that the beds downstairs were uncomfortable, all of the faucets we discovered are leaky and the washer/dryer needs replaced; washer doesn’t spin water out properly and dryer takes 2 hours to dry a load. Other than that, we had a great time.

The size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our entire family. We cooked in the large kitchen everyday and also used the gas grill out on the deck. Walking distance to Gatlinburg, we spent a couple days in town checking out the sites. We also were able to see 2 black bears on the property which was a treat for the adults and kids to see one up close.

This place was so perfect for us. Everybody had their own bedroom which included tvs and couches so they could get away from the chaos if they had to. The layout of the house is awesome and perfect for a large group. The game room kept everybody entertained for hours on rainy days. We had a blast!
Had a fabulous time at this cabin. The setting was perfect for visiting and playing games with friends, family, and our dog. Location is perfect, really close to downtown Gatlinburg yet still a feel for the country. We saw bears and coyotes from the cabin. The only negatives was water constantly dripping in the upstairs bathroom, trouble with the AC not cooling (however this was repaired within 24 hrs), the exterior was not well maintained including cobwebs and dead wildlife in the backyard. The interior was immaculately clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
A great time with kids and grandkids. The house was great and we really appreciated the close proximity to the main area of Gatlinburg, access to easy hiking trails, etc.
