There was plenty of room and quietness. We enjoyed the pool table, cooking out and coffee on the porch in the mornings. It was very clean and had plenty of Towels and cooking items. Would recommend to anyone.
We had such a great trip. The house was perfect for our little getaway. It was isolated and so quiet. There was a game area for the kids and resting and relaxing was easy. Even the little ones enjoyed the view.
Overall, we were very pleased with the house and property. There is plenty of room for parking (we had a pontoon boat) and family to sleep and hang out. The kids especially liked the recently added pool house. We didn't have to worry about our dogs since there is a large fenced in yard, and the house is at the end of a road with no traffic at all. It was very peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The downsides for us were that it's over a 30 min drive to a grocery store, so be prepared to get your needed items before you get to the house. The roads were a little tricky to navigate with a pontoon boat, but we had no problems. The closet boat ramp is Rabbit Tail, and it was nice and easy to use. The road leading to the ramp is very narrow, though. It is about 5 minutes from the property. The owner was easy to reach via text/call. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Choosing to stay here turned out to be just what we needed. It was like a home away from home. We were able to kick back and relax and was able to enjoy iy with family and our 3 dogs, which was very important for us. We never had a worry through out the entire stay. Highly recommend this property and host especially!
Stay went well. Owner was friendly and responsive. Not sure about the sleeps 8 but luckily we didnt have that many people. Enjoyed the deck, trampoline and fire pit.
Me and girl enjoyed this place so much highly recommend!!
House with hot water and gas to cook on. Southern comfort a really fine place and big porch. Definitely coming back. Get away from those city lights and enjoy your self ! Lots of room to park a boat.
