Our home is professionally cleaned by some of the best vacation rental cleaners that we know and we have all of our linens and towels professionally laundered at Laundry Time Circle, the best + largest laundromat in Colorado Springs.

Our home is also centrally located and a short drive to downtown Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and many of the best attractions, boutique shops, and eateries in the city.

Take a stroll down to the corner of the street where you can hop right onto the famous Shooks Run Trail which runs for four miles north and south alongside downtown Colorado Springs.

Excellent location, especially when traveling with a dog. We appreciated the private, fenced backyard and being right next to Shooks Run Trail. Close to town for the humans to have fun, too. Very responsive and welcoming hosts.

Very clean little cottage. Having a washer and dryer with detergent and everything was great. You can tell they put a lot into making it feel like a home. Interesting location, one block has luxury apartments and the next was affordable housing.

This property is a nice place to stay. It's very clean. The host made sure we had everything we needed. It's close to the down town and just a short drive to the garden of god and Manitou springs. Great location.

good location but....

Nicely equipped kitchen and laundry. Uncomfortable bed and terrible pillows. Worthless window coverings in bedroom – impossible to sleep with lights from street/neighboring houses. Only 3 bath and 2 hand towels for a three person residence. No place to sit and eat – had to drag rickety counter stools in from the deck to eat at kitchen island. Bought lawn chairs from Target to have seats on the deck. Home feels like an unfinished DIY project. Dog enjoyed the yard. Close to downtown and great hiking. Sketchy neighborhood with transients in all the parks and along the trail.
