The house was absolutely perfect and truly had everything you could ask for. It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our stay extremely enjoyable. The layout was great, and everything we needed was provided, making it feel just like home. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone considering it!

Everything was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, and the game room. The kitchen was well appointed and the jogging stroller was a lifesaver. The homeowner gives you all the information you need to know, including a short cut to Disney. I would highly recommend this rental.

EXCELLENT VRBO! First, the hosts were amazing-super attentive, and you can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. The house itself was perfect for our family holiday-very comfortable beds, and fully appointed kitchen. Everything was in working order. We truly wanted for nothing. And the location within the resort is convenient. We’ll be back!

We loved the salt water pool and would definitely look for a similar pool on our future holidays. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We had a great time and can really recommend this property to families wanting a home from home with lots to keep the children happy.

We had 13 first cousins get together for a reunion. The house was great. It had everything we needed and the pool was a great place to hang out. Would definitely go there again.

We chose this property based on the salt water pool, outdoor dining area, free grill use, hot tub, waterpark, distance to Disneyworld, game room, private bathrooms, awesome reviews, and great communication with the hosts. The property lived up to all of our expectations! The house is clean, lovely, and very roomy. We had 10 people, plus a pug. We loved that there was a stroller for us to use so we didn’t have to lug ours on the plane. The saltwater pool and hot tub were exactly what we wanted after the heat and chaos of the theme parks. The adults in our party played in the game room until way after the kids went to bed every night. The TVs everywhere were another welcome wind down after such busy days. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and grilling outside, poolside. We spent our entire last day swimming, playing games, and watching a movie at the resort clubhouse. The best thing might have been the easy and consistent communication with Sandy and Steve! It gave us such peace of mind to know we could get a hold of them whenever we needed to. We highly recommend this property to anyone, but especially a large family! Our Queen size beds at home are going to feel so small now! Thank you for a great stay!

My family and I loved the entire property! The owners were always easy to get in touch with. The beautiful home is very clean and well stocked with anything you may need, and much more. Location is great, and the neighborhood has a nice water park with slides within walking distance. The game room was a hit! I highly recommend this home and would love to stay again.

Feels like home, you have all the essentials. We needed a last minute getaway before school started and this was perfect. We were able to take our dog, and have a nice family getaway. Steve and Sandy kept in communication and answered all questions. We felt like this was home away from home and great location. We were able to relax and have family time in the game room.

Family Mini-Vacay

Our immediate family (2 sons, their spouses, 1 daughter and her boyfriend, and 3 grandsons get together each year for a mini-vacation. We need a home with 6 bedrooms, which isn’t easy to find. Looks like we found the perfect place at Villa at the Castle at Windsor Hills. It is centrally located (we drive down from Gainesville and my sons drive up from South Florida. The community clubhouse is lovely as is the screened-in pool at our villa. I think our pool was in use all day and into the night. The kids, young and old, enjoyed the playroom, especially playing pool. In addition, it was easy to have deliveries from Instacart and Olive Garden. Hats off to Sandy and Steve for being “Super Hosts”.

Much Needed Vacation

My parents took my brother and I to Disney when we were younger and teens. So, I wanted to come back with my family, parents and brother and experience it all together again. This was the first big vacation for my kiddos. I found Steve and Sandy’s listing and knew the property would accommodate us all. Let me just say, it was even better in person. The house was so spacious, set with everything you need, in a great area for shopping, restaurants and Dunkin bc let’s face it…mom of 4 here and I need coffee. The gated community to Windsor Hills was so nice and the pool house was great, my kids loved it. But back to Steve and Sandy’s house…it was SO clean and my kids loved splitting their own rooms. The game room was a great touch and of course the back yard pool…a huge hit. It with stocked with all the baby things people would need, and room to all spread out and do your own thing. I’ve stayed a few places before but this house by far has been the best I’ve been in. Steve and Sandy were always messaging with details and information and anytime you messaged, they’d get back to you quick! They even took the time to write back with well wishes for my daughter’s surgery when we came home. Truly, such kind people. Thank you for allowing us in your home and to make new memories we’ll always remember. I’ve told friends about the house (some live in other parts of FL) and I hope to be back one day to do it all again :) 10/10 rating over here.

Beautiful home with great location and amenities.

Home was just as beautiful as the VRBO pictures. Less than 5 minutes from Walmart. Water park in the complex was very family friendly. Magic Kingdom was only 12 minutes away.

You FOUND it! Stop looking.

This property is fantastic. Everything matched the description. The house was immaculate and comfortable. So many little touches that we were not expecting. Like hand soaps at every sink, laundry detergent and well maintained cribs and infant bathtub. The game room was fun and entertaining. The internet was fast and stable. One of my biggest boxes to check is to have a spa/hot tub that gets hot. And it did! I loved it. The pool was heated as promised with the ability for us to adjust as needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Exactly what you would expect in a gated community. We found the property conveniently located to everything. If this property is available for your dates consider yourself lucky.And if that isn't enough, Sandy and Steve were very attentive and responsive. They made our week in the Florida sunshine even more enjoyable. I am looking forward to returning to this property.

PERFECT property & location!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The hosts were super communicative, always fast and super helpful with tips and tricks for the area. The location was about 15 minutes from all the Disney parks and provided more than enough room for us 2 adults and 4 kids ( of all ages). Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Orlando Trip

Great communication from host during the entire process. Very clean and excellent location since we were in town for a cheer competition at the convention center, then we hit Disney World. Great neighborhood as well. We will be staying here again. Thank you again for the great communication and being a great host.

Wonderful long weekend

Our extended family gathered here for a long weekend. The house was large enough to comfortably fit us all and had a good mix of "adult" rooms and "kid" rooms. The game room was a hit with everyone, as was the pool and hot tub. Only slight downside was the seemingly non-stop traffic jam just outside the neighborhood. Hopefully we just caught it on a bad weekend!

Does Not Get Any Better! A Must Stay Place!

We had a fantastic stay at this Windsor Hills property! The home was perfect for our family, and the owners were incredibly communicative and helpful before, during, and after our visit. The check-in process was a breeze, and we really appreciated the detailed Welcome Packet they provided—it included everything we needed to know about the house, plus great local recommendations for shopping and dining.The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, and the entire home was clearly labeled, making it easy to find exactly what we needed. The Game Room was a big hit with everyone, featuring Air Hockey, Foosball, a Pool Table, putting green game, and darts. The fun didn’t stop there—there was also an Xbox in the main living area, along with classic family games like Jenga and Monopoly, plus a selection of books.The private pool was amazing, and our kids especially loved the basketball hoop and the variety of pool toys available. Every bedroom was thoughtfully equipped with comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and white noise machines, making for a great night’s sleep.An impressive collection of baby gear available, including an exersaucer, booster seat, jogging stroller, pack and play, and more—such a thoughtful touch for families with little ones!The Windsor Hills community itself is wonderful—well-maintained, close to Disney, and this home is ideally located near the entrance and within walking distance to the Community Center.

A Fantastic Vacation Home!

This is a great property in the Windsor Hills Community and our family very much enjoyed our time in the house. The owners were great with their communication -- before, during and after our stay. The check in process was very easy. In addition, they sent a Welcome Packet which included information on everything you need for your stay, including recommendations for shopping and restaurants in the area. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole house was labeled so you knew where everything was. In addition to the items in the Game Room (Air Hockey, Foosball, Pool table, putting green game and darts), there was an XBox in the Main Room and family games (Jenga, Monopoly, etc.) and books available also! The pool was fantastic and my kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and other pool toys that were available. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed, a ceiling fan and a white noise machine. While my kids are older and didn't need all the "baby items", there was quite a selection -- exersaucer, booster seat, jogging stroller, pack and play, bed side rail, etc. I would have loved having that available in a rental home when my kids were younger! In addition, the Windsor Hills community is great and a short drive to Disney -- plus this home is located closer to the entrance to the Community and is walking distance to the Community Center. Overall, I can't say enough about this house. It checks all the boxes of what you're looking for in a vacation home!!

Our first vacation rental was our mountain chalet in the Poconos. We decided that we loved doing it so much that we started to manage our vacation rentals full-time and acquired Villa By The Castle -- which the kids had the honor of naming. :) We have been hosting since 2012. We focus on giving each of our homes a thoughtful amount of love and personal attention.

We chose Windsor Hills vacation resort because of how close it is to Disney - only 2 miles. It offers lots of amenities and is one of the more established resorts in the Kissimmee Disney area. Their amenities are top-notch.

The resort has a heated Olympic sized zero-entry lagoon-style pool with dancing water fountains. A water park, featuring dueling spiral water slides, a kid’s interactive splash zone, a huge water wheel, water cannons & water sprays!

Their Clubhouse offers a convenience shop, a Movie Theater, Fitness Center, a game room with billiard tables & ping pong, air hockey, and video games. They also have a Welcome Center, where guests can find the Cyber Cafe Business Center. The resort has tennis, basketball, a sand volleyball court, three themed playgrounds, and a putting green.

Windsor Hills is 5 minutes from Walt Disney Theme Parks and minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, ESPN Wide World Of Sports Complex, golf, and many other popular Florida attractions.

To sum it all up, we chose Kissimmee because we knew families would love to spend their vacation here.

The Villa is one of the closest private houses to the clubhouse. All the Windsor Hills amenities are a short walk away.

This is one of the few Villas in Windsor Hills that has a saltwater pool.

For the sun worshipers, the Villa offers plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The pool faces south-west, getting sun starting at around 10:30 a.m. and lasting until sunset. We provide lots of pool toys, including a pool-side basketball hoop.

The air-conditioned/heated game room features an 8-foot professional pool table, air hockey, Foosball table. light up corn hole game and a battleputt.

We offer complimentary pool heat, baby gear & use of BBQ.

The great room next to the pool has a 70 inch 3D HD LED TV to watch your favorite games and an Xbox One.
