Modern Tri-Level Retreat

This modern Downtown Monument retreat has plenty of space to relax with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample space to accommodate you comfortably. The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed and a desk. The third bedroom is a super fun bunk house perfect for kids or a group of friends with four twin-size beds, including two bunk beds. You will love the mountain views, walkability to Downtown Monument, and hiking/biking trails. Just to let you know, we have a train that goes through Monument. There is a noise ordinance, so the trains cannot use their whistle, but we do have a train track.

Wonderful stay close to USAFA

This was the perfect place! Location was ideal since I came in for USAFA football game. Clean, nicely decorated and a wonderful stocked kitchen so I could easily cook meals with everything I needed! I will definitely stay again! Thank you for making the whole weekend special!

Wonderful location. Good view out to the range from the master bedroom. Very clean and cozy for our stay.People mention a train that passes by on the tracks right behind the house. We barely heard it at all during our stay. So I don't think it's something that should sway you away from this amazing place to stay.

There was enough room to spread out and that was VERY nice! The outside area gave for good outside play and the accommodations were top notch. The kitchen was FULL and had everything. The only ‘wake up’ was the trains during the night, but the deer in the backyard was really cool.

The house is clean, well equipped, and in a nice location. There was a good amount of space for 6 of us. The train is pretty frequent, but with ear plugs and a fan running at night it was pretty unnoticeable. We made the mistake the first night of not checking that the window was closed in the primary bedroom, and that made the train a lot more noticeable. Communication with the host was good, and the mountains and Colorado Springs weren't far away. We enjoyed hiking the Palmer Lake Reservoir trail. Overall it was a really good three day weekend get-away!

Great deal

The home was clean and comfortable. Great price for our group. The only thing is the train tracks are right behind the house and the train comes through multiple times a day and night. I slept with headphones, so it was fine. That is my only warning. Otherwise, clean, nicely updated, and more room on the inside than you think. Totally worth being outside of Colorado Springs.

Monument Colorado is a quiet town nestled between Colorado Springs & Denver. I also live in this community and because I am local can absolutely make sure you have the best stay while you are here.

Why they chose this property

I chose to live and buy a vacation home in Monument because it is the perfect setting of quiet mountain community, not far from two bustling communities. You can enjoy the peaceful mountain views while exploring all of Southern Colorado, Air Force Academy, US Olympic Training Center, Garden of the Gods, as well as a short 35 minute drive to Denver area. Monument is a cute town with local shops & cafe's. This home is walkable to many things downtown Monument and also near lot's of hiking/biking trails.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because it is Downtown Monument, it has separate living/sleeping areas which is perfect for any size group. We also have ample parking and a place to park an RV/Trailer while staying on the property.
