The Tranquil Elegance is located just outside of Wilmington, OH on a quiet 1 acre country setting with spectacular views. A 4 BR, three full bath, newly remodeled home 1.2 miles from the World Equestrian Center and just a few miles from town. This ritzy home features a warm, upscale décor.
Completely renovated inside and out, everything is brand new and ready for your stay. Quiet country setting just west of town with convenient access to WEC, hike and bike trails, lakes, fairgrounds, restaurants, stores and more.
A truly upscale home away from home, technology abounds with Wi-fi throughout the property. Device charging stations are located in all rooms and bedrooms, wall mounted smart TV's are in all bedrooms and living spaces.
As you enter the front door you will love the open living space on the main level...the living space features a leather couch with recliners on each end. Open to the dining room and kitchen this main space will be where a lot of time is spent during your stay. Patio doors lead to the rear patios and pond features with Adirondack chairs.
A fully equipped laundry room with front load washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are for your use during your stay.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features commercial grade Thermador appliances that include a gas stove and oven, dishwasher and large capacity refrigerator. Additional kitchen amenities include a microwave oven, Keurig duo coffee maker and many other kitchen appliances and utensils.
The 2nd floor King Bedroom suite features it's own TV, a full private accessed bath with a fully tiled walk-in shower & 2 large closets. Also, a private accessed 10' x 16' deck, with outdoor seating, which overlooks the lower patio spaces and stone lined koi pond with water features. There are illuminated steps that lead from this deck to the lower patios.
The 2nd floor Queen bedroom has ample closet space, it's own TV and barn doors, the queen room adjoins another bedroom that features a twin bed and it's own TV. The twin bedroom closet houses a pack and play, if needed for smaller tots. The second floor queen and twin bedroom spaces share a full bath (tub/shower combo) in the 2nd floor hallway.
The basement bedroom features a twin bed and it's own TV with ample closet and storage space.
The basement living space features another large TV with 2 large couches, and a dedicated work/office space. There is another full bath in the basement level that features a walk in shower.
The back patios flank the stone lined koi pond with Adirondack chairs. Stairs lead up to the second level deck off of the King bedroom suite. Other seating areas are provided for the outdoor spaces as well. NOTE: Garage and barn are not included as this is used for owner storage.
