This 3300 square foot, 4 bed and 5 bath house offers an open floor plan of living, dining and kitchen with large breakfast bar perfect for family gathering. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, 2 have decks. Enjoy the immersive water views and ocean waves from the large covered patio and 2nd floor decks.

The first floor combines indoor/outdoor living with a large covered patio containing teak sofa and chairs perfect for relaxing and watching the waves. There’s also a teak dining table suitable for 6. Take a few stairs to the next floor for 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These oversized bedrooms have large seating areas and decks overlooking the ocean. Sleep well with new Beautyrest mattresses and Brooklinen Premium bedding in all bedrooms. Finally, head to the top floor for the third large bedroom with immersive ocean views, en suite bathroom and large seating area (this is our favorite room). The top floor also provides views of the Beavertail Lighthouse, a 4th bedroom with ocean views and a hallway bathroom. There is also a 5th bedroom (please note this bedroom does not have a closet). Additionally, there’s an outdoor shower perfect for ending a day spent at the associations private Kelly Beach. There’s a large driveway with easy parking and meticulously maintained landscaping adds to this peaceful retreat. Coastal vacation at its finest!
