We at hope to provide you with a great modern style stay in downtown Albuquerque. We have hosted many travel nurses due to our proximity to several hospitals. Just a hop, skip and jump to a nearby mix of things to enjoy from: breweries, cafe’s, restaurants (from casual to fine dining) shops and historic libraries. Minutes from UNM, CNM main campus, Presbyterian and UNM hospitals, Isotopes stadium, The Pit and much more. Walk, bike, bus or scoot around the area to enjoy

Parking
Free parking is located under the building in marked spaces. You can also park along the street. Please be careful of the low 6' 10" clearance. Security cameras in parking and common areas.

Since most of our guests have their own streaming services we do not provide any channels or streaming. If you use a firestick type device, consider bringing with you for easy use.

Our properties are regularly treated with pest repellent. Still, Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug, especially cockroaches. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
