Welcome to Brook Haven Retreat! We are situated directly on Wardsboro Brook, just minutes away from the best skiing and riding in the Southern Vermont. Skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and relaxation abound! The property features a private fenced yard and deck to take in all the beauty alongside the brook. The home is fully updated with modern conveniences including three sleeping areas, living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. We love and allow well-behaved furry friends in our home!

**BATHROOM**

You'll find a clean and well stocked bathroom on the main floor of our house. It has bright lights, tall ceilings and a large mirror. Our shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs. The bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer as well.

**KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM**

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful live edge countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker (both drip coffee and K-cups). There are four stools at the large center island for seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view across both the living and dining areas.
You will find a beautifully decorated living room to meet the needs of your artistic eye with a modern yet elegantly bold and easy concept. There is even a full size Ridge Racer Arcade game to entertain both adults and kids. You can also get cozy and enjoy the electric fireplace while watching a movie on our Roku Smart TV. This is a great place to spend time as a group to enjoy, to work from, watch tv, or plan the excursions for the day!

**OUTDOOR SPACE**

Our home has a beautiful fully fenced back yard and outdoor shower along the river bank. The yard is complete with a deck, grill, and firepit. Lounge in the Adirondack chairs and relax with the subtle sounds of the flowing brook nearby or enjoy great conversation and cocktails by the cozy firepit.
