Hi Camille, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the listing stating it has a pool, I'm thinking there may have been a System glitch?? I just checked the Amenities in the Owner's app, and under Pool and Spa no boxes are checked. For future renters, no pool, but you do go from living room to sand in your toes to the beautiful Pacific!

I'm SO glad you had a great time Mary! I just checked the HomeAway website for the security deposit return options when the reservations are made through the wesbsite. There are two options, 7 and 14 days, and I've got the shortest option selected (7 days). If you'd like, on a future visit we can make payment through PayPal and I can manually enter the stay. That way I've got control on when your deposit is released. Best! Jason

Hi Maria, Thank you so much for your stay and review. I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves! Regrets about the sofa bed. I don't think I've ever slept on one that is comfortable. There should have been a futon mattress in the master bedroom, either on the side of the closet or the upper cabinet for more cushion. I'll make sure I add that information to the welcome packet. Please hold posting this review until resolved. I reached out the renter. The majority of his complaints/issues are described in the content areas of the website....small beds, trailer etc. additionally, he did not report a problem with the second bathroom water until after he departed... This is the email with proposed resolution. I also attached two screen shots from the website regarding the beds, bedrooms and trailer. Rick, I'm sorry to hear you did not have an enjoyable stay. This notification of your review was the first I have heard from you on it. Given the following information, I'm hoping you'll withdraw the review by going to the customer service link in the email below and consider my solution to remedy. 1. The valid complaint that I see is the second bathroom not being functional. I heard from Irka that you reported the water being inoperative only after you had left. Once she knew about it she had a repairman out the same day to replace an inexpensive valve which supplies water to the bathroom that was stuck. 2. Regarding towels and laundry, one set of towels is provided and yes, there is no laundry facility, but none is listed in the amenities. When renters have asked about that I let them know that Irka can arrange to have laundry service for you or direct you to a local Laundromat. 3. What is discussed in the description and amenities sections are the bed situations. It says that the two bedrooms are full size beds (you were mistaken in your review; I just brought down a new queen sized bed on 6/22 before I left on vacation and installed it in the main bedroom before your arrival. I haven't had a chance to update the website). The website describes the last beds as the full size futon couch + the fold up futon cushion/pad. It also states clearly that the second bedroom, second bath and kitchen are part of an enclosed and newly repainted trailer, not yet remodeled. I also have a queen size sleeper sofa for the living room that I purchased earlier this month, I just haven't had a chance to bring it down yet because of my son's two out of state baseball tournaments and a college visit (I'm currently writing you from Atlanta). 4. What I'd like to propose is that you pull your review for now and give me a chance to get the sleeper sofa down there and come down again on an available weekend of your choice. I'll throw in one of the nights for free. I hope when you look at the other homes in the area,
