When you arrive for your vacation, you will see the heated pool and spa are surrounded by lush, tropical plants and fruit trees, giving you total privacy. The home's interior is luxurious, with plush, comfortable sofas and memory foam mattresses throughout.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:



Palm Tree Paradise is located in the very safe and peaceful neighborhood of Village Green. As you stroll down the sidewalk on an evening walk, you'll meet friendly neighbors and may spot amazing Florida wildlife like egrets and herons. There is a Publix just outside the neighborhood, and a Fresh Market a 4 minute drive away. The neighborhood is also surrounded by local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is about 10 minutes from the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS / HOUSE LAYOUT:



-Master bedroom: King size bed with memory foam mattress and desk. Smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps for you to log into. Ensuite bathroom with standing shower.



-2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a smart TV



-3rd Bedroom: Two twin beds with memory foam mattress and a smart TV



-Family room: Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress



-Sunroom: Futon with full size mattress.



-Pack 'n play available for infants.



POOL:

-Pool heater is kept at 82 degrees.. Warmer temperature is available at $25 per day.



OUTDOOR AREA:

-Sparking pool and luxurious hot tub, with plush outdoor seating, grill, backyard string lights and outdoor ceiling fan

-Pool fully surrounded by screened lanai to keep pesky bugs away

-Fully fenced backyard with large grassy area for little ones to run

-Lawn games available: corn hole



Please note: The hot tub has low pressure heating jets. It does not have high pressure jets like a jacuzzi.



INDOOR AREA:



-Comfortable, high quality furniture throughout. Memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms and memory foam sleeper sofa.



-All kitchenware you need to cook a delicious meal (pots, pans, dishes, blender, toaster, hand mixer, measuring cups/spoons, etc.)



-Beverage bar off of family room features Keurig, traditional coffee maker, and french press, and wine glasses



-Family friendly, with special touches for little ones including toys and a play kitchen



-Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Queen Bedroom feature TVs with Roku streaming players



-Primary bedroom features dedicated workspace with desk, office chair, monitor, and desk lamp



-Sunroom/game room that includes a pac man arcade with 11 other video games, fooseball and board games for indoor game nights. Features an AC/heating unit, futon, beach towels
