This gorgeous oasis creates the perfect Florida vacation! The private dock leads to the crystal blue waters of the Sarasota Bay that is filled with dolphins, manatees, and gorgeous sandbars. You truly feel like you are in paradise in this amazing backyard with a resort style pool and lush greenery providing privacy from the neighbors. The home has an outdoor, screened lanai for dining a la fresca. On chilly nights, you will love soaking in the hot tub. The HUGE pool is a favorite hangout for kids! Kids also love the ping pong/air hockey table inside. Bring your own boat or a rental boat is available. Please message host for boat rental pricing.**10% weekly discount**

Guests have access to whole house and boat dock, can park up to a 25’ boat on canal dock.

This home has 1 master bedroom with a king bed that has an attached full bathroom with walk in shower and then 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house that share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The bedroom with the queen bed and bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds are the rooms that share the other bathroom with the shower/tub combo. The home has indoor dining for 8 in the back sun room as well outdoor dining for 8 inside a covered lanai area that is also screened in, which is perfect for evening dining. The back sun room also has a air hockey/ping pong combo table.

The pool and outside area were super nice and we loved it. The dock was also very well done. The landscaping for the house is very nice. The house was pretty good the only negatives I would say are the queen bed mattress and bunk bed mattresses were terrible. Also definitely needs new cookware and glasses in the kitchen. The house was clean and looked to be recently updated and we loved the dining room and screened porch.

Pleasant family friendly house with everything you could need from a rental. Great pool and hot tub kids loved fishing off the dock. And playing air hockey . House is located close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again

The house fit our needs for our vacation with friends July 20-26- there were some unexpected issues in the very beginning but Taylar was extremely quick to fix it. The house is in a good location for exploring Bradenton and Sarasota areas and we loved boating in the area. The sunsets are beautiful. The canal location was very convenient for boating and fishing. Be sure to see Jewfish Key and Bradenton pier and Bridge street. We loved the Wicked Cantina for tacos and margaritas. The house was very clean and accommodated 8 of us plus our dog. Would recommend if you are in the area!

Amazing place to hang out with family and relax…enjoy the hot tub, swim in the pool, and especially great if you want to take a boat and keep it at the dock so you can fish and scout all the cool places on the water on Longboat Island, like Lido Key and Beer Can Island (now called Greer Island) right across Sarasota Bay… its also close to lots of great restaurants. The place is just amazing. Host was great and the place looks to be freshly remodeled and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze… My family absolutely loved it!

Great pool home

We came for a quick trip for our daughter birthday, we really enjoyed the pool and the boat dock was nice on the camel so we could bring our boat! The dogs loved it, besides no grass on the property but there is a park and lots of nice grass right across the street! House was clean, nice it’s on the water and not far from stores! The host Taylar was amazing and got back with quick on my questions I had!

Awesome house!

We had such a great time! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. Taylar was very responsive either thru the app or thru text. We had no issues. The house is in a great location. We went to Anna Maria island and Lido Beach. Both about 20 min in opposite directions. The pool was amazing and my husband and boys loved fishing off the dock. We didn't have time to rent a boat but they were just as happy fishing on the dock. Neighbors were friendly as well. The park across the street was perfect for walking our dog since there is no grass and he would not go to the bathroom. If you love to be outside and don't want to go to the beach everyday, this is the place for you! We will definitely be back!

Pure Bliss

We recently stayed for two weeks at Taylor’s rental. Although we did explore the area including Tampa, Orlando and Marco Islands that were all within a 2 hour drive we would have been perfectly happy just hanging out at the house. The house, pool, hot tub and dock were absolutely perfect. The first week it was my parents, my spouse and I plus our children. The 2nd week it was just my spouse and I. It was absolutely PERFECT for both families and couples. We were present when Hurricane Helene hit the area Taylor was very responsive the entire trip and quick to address any concerns and quickly had a clean up crew for after storm needs. Our kids ages 8,10 and 12 loved everything about the house as well. We had the best time and will be back for sure. Thanks Taylor for being a great host for our vacation.

Very clean everything you need

Everything was exactly how it was listed very clean hot tub and washer wasn’t working and she sent someone out immediately to fix it so we didn’t have to go without them . Was a big plus they provided beach umbrella chairs etc . Pool was heated and felt amazing thank you we enjoyed our stay :)

Excellent pool home, not far from AMI

First, I was pleasantly surprised the listing pics on Vrbo were a realistic representation of the home in person.I’ve had experiences where pics are nothing like the rental.The home is located on a dead end street which was a plus and not far from Sarasota airport. Its convenient location was also 25 minute drive to AMI. The exterior grounds were beautifully landscaped w/mature tropical trees, especially in the backyard pool area for more privacy from neighbors located on each side of the tall fence. At night with lighting it felt as if you were in your own tropical paradise. The pool was AMAZING!Temp and cleanliness were on point.The home’s interior was immaculately clean and nicely furnished which made you feel comfortable and right at home.This included all bed linens,blankets,towels (beach too!),cookware/ dishes (even spices!), items for your day visiting the beach (cooler, chairs, umbrella) and a air hockey/ping pong table for those rainy FL afternoons to keep one entertained.The hostess communication was excellent. Right before my check in she emailed the details and expectations. If I had a question or issue (door key pad didn’t work one very wet & stormy evening) she was readily available to help with my needs. My best friend, a commercial realtor of 30 yrs who resides in southern FL visited me here on my stay. She too was very impressed with the home’s cleanliness and accommodations.I hope to rent again next year but bring the whole family next time!

Slice of Paradise!

The title does not lie. This home is like a slice of paradise and made us feel like we were at a villa in Key West instead of Bradenton. Taylar is an amazing host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and out process was very easy and stress free. We definently plan to book with Taylar for our next Florida vacation and will be recommending her to all our family and friends.

Cute home, wonderful host, excellent pool!

The title says it all. The host, Taylor, was quick to respond and super kind and accommodating! The pool is big and fun, and nice and warm. House is right on the canal. Definitely recommend.

The property truly feels like an oasis away from home! The pool is so big, you feel like you are at a hotel pool all while being able to enjoy your privacy. The tropical palm trees make you feel like you are in paradise.

A unique benefit of this home is the rear of the property has a chain link fence and then is lined with lush greenery, so you are able to enjoy your pool in privacy. This provides privacy that most canal homes don't have.
