Villa Asterias (80 metros cuadrados) es una villa elegante y espacioso, mirando hacia el este en un lugar protegido del viento privilegiada en la bahía de Stalis con magníficas vistas al mar de Creta.
Aunque sólo unos pocos minutos de distancia del centro del pueblo, la ubicación Villa Asterias 'está en calma y tranquilo.

Best Spot Ever

I cannot even explain the luck I stumbled upon when I booked this place. It exceeded all expectations, located next to Romantic Corner and town. Better than VRBO in Santorini! I’m in love!

Apartment by the sea

Very comfortable accommodation and a very responsive host. The availability of a fine meal just a few paces from the door made life easy. If I returned to Crete, this is where I would stay!

Wonderful holiday home

Exceptionally great location, quiet yet central, great view of the bay of Malia. Restaurants, supermarkets, beach with parasols and sunbeds as well as a car park in the immediate vicinity. Courteous and reliable contact with the landlady. Everything was perfect.

Lovely location in a beach town!

LOVELY location. Will be nice when two chairs and a table on the second floor deck and bathroom is painted. Directions a little tricky. If you stay here, park on the street near Romantic Corner Restaurant, then walk through restaurant to first unit on the left. (No number, no villa name on the outside yet.. . ) a LOVELY location in Stalida.

Great little water front unit

The location to the water was amazing, just a few steps away from the door. This property was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach area (which was great for us). The unit had a roof-top patio which we enjoyed daily. This unit was exactly as expected for a budget minded stay in a beach town.

Home from home

The accommodation was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Our host was a pleasure to communicate with and very friendly. It overlooked the ocean and we enjoyed sundowners on the patio upstairs. Romantic Corner next door was closed but there were amazing restaurants just a short walk from the villa. Really enjoyable experience and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

A great location, just in front of the sea where you can swim easily. There is a restaurant right next door but frankly it is very quiet (no music). One thing was missing though: cotrary to what is said in the presentation, there is no washmachine.

Beautiful, waterfront apartment

This apartment by the water was very, very nice. We loved being close enough to hear the waves breaking just outside our door. The apartment is spacious, with a modern feel, very clean, and well taken care of. We enjoyed lounging on the roof-top patio overlooking the water and the whole coastline--so pretty in the morning and and at night too. Although we rented a car, we walked to restaurants most of the time. We used the car for day trips, and there was ample parking very close to the apartment--less than a minute away. One night we ate at the Romantic Corner restaurant, which was right next door--the food was great. On another occasion we ordered takeout appetizers from them, and they delivered it right to our table in the apartment. They were very friendly, and would ask us how our day had gone when we would come back in the afternoon. We would definitely book this place again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 8 tägigen Urlaub in Stalis. Es gibt keine Adresse, am besten orientiert man sich am Romantic Corner Restaurant. Als wir dort ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass wir Wand an Wand mit dem Restaurant waren, das war uns nicht klar. Aber man hört tatsächlich in der Wohnung überhaupt nichts!Um 23.00 schließt die Küche, dann gibt es ein wenig Gepolter , was man aber nur im Wohnzimmer hört und in dem Schlafzimmer oben- das ist offen und hat keine Tür.Schöne Badezimmer, schöne Terasse mit 2 Liegen und 2 wackeligen Klappstühlen.Ein Tisch mit Stühlen oben wäre toll gewesen.Die Terasse unten haben wir nie genutzt, da dort der Hauptweg zum Strand entlang führt und sehr stark genutzt wurde. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und Joanna hat uns sogar Handtücher zum wechseln gebracht.Das allerbeste überhaupt waren die 4 Herren des Romantic Corner Restaurants!George, Dimitris, Fatione, Yanis haben uns wie Familienmitglieder behandelt, es war ein Vergnügen, dort jeden Abend zu essen.Toller Urlaub, wir kommen wieder!!Patrick, Julie, Silvia

Wunderbare Lage - Vorteil Nachsaison

Schöne Unterkunft, Zugang zum Meer in wenigen Schritten, Schöne Dachtereasse mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Wegen der Nachsaison war das benachbarte Restaurant bereits gechlossen, dadurch auch ruhige Lage. Nachteile: Aufgang zur Dachtereasse etwas unkomfortabel, Treppe zur oberen Etage bietet nicht viel Halt.

Wunderschöne Lage

Das Appartment liegt am Ende der Strandpromenade direkt am Meer. Perfekt! Viele Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt sogar eine große Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Die Perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Start in den Kreta Urlaub! Viele Dank dafür.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes Haus mit Panoramablick über die Bucht von Stalida. Es war alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht vorhanden. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll & hell eingerichtet, war sauber und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Besonders hat uns die tolle Sonnenterrasse gefallen. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafte Location

Das Apartment liegt traumhaft schön in der Bucht von Stalida. Man hat nur wenige Meter zum Wasser. Man hat es im Apartment und auf dessen Terrassen sehr ruhig und angenehm. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten ins Dorfzentrum gelaufen, wo man unzählige Locations zum Essen und Feiern findet.

Fantastic Place!

We absolutely loved our stay in Stalita. Joanna’s place was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and a perfect location. It had everything we needed and the views were spectacular from every room and the rooftop deck was a lovely place to sit and relax. We snorkeled right off the front which was lovely and the restaurant next door was so friendly and delicious. We loved our stay and hope to return to this perfect place.

Lovely beach cottage

We (family of 5, including 2 teens) really enjoyed our 4 day stay at the cottage. It’s nicely decorated, spacious and light. The location is perfect. The sea with rocks is across the ‘aisle’, where kids could take a swim whenever they wanted. The walking boulevard in front of the house is quite busy, on the other hand the roof terrace is very private with wonderful bay views. Stalis is within walking distance. A nice Greek family restaurant is located next door. Joanna was a helpful host. All perfect ingredients for a wonderful stay. We hope to return some day.

Toles Haus in wunderbarer Lage!

Wir waren sofort begeistert als wir diese Unterkunft im Internet gesehen haben und das Inserat entsprach auch komplett der Realität! Das Haus liegt am Rande der Bucht, man hat die Ruhe und den tollen Blick aufs Meer, egal von welcher Terrasse. Wenn man aber möchte ist man in ein paar Minuten zufuß mitten im Touristengeschehen. Das Restaurant gleich nebenan wurde unser 2. Zuhause :-), sehr nette Menschen und leckeres Essen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen

Literally 2 steps from the sea

Amazing stay, couldn’t find anything better in Stalis. Just few steps away from the sea, had a morning and a evening swim every day! Very nice veranda where to enjoy your meals, few minutes of walk distance if you wanted to enjoy some nightlife and also the sandy beach of Stalis, or car distance from 10-30 mins if you would like to enjoy other attractions, cities or beaches in that area. The house was very clean and equipped with all you need and Joanna was very professional, helpful and happy to satisfy requests and inquiries. I personally highly recommend this place. I am yearly at crete, there are many places to discover, but if I will be back to the north, Heraklion aerea I would definitely book here again! Thank you for a magnificent stay!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit wundervoller Aussicht

Wir haben eine herrliche Urlaubswoche auf Kreta im Ferienhaus von Joanna verbracht. Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen und von der Dachterrasse kann man den zauberhaften Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und Stalida genießen. Der Sandstrand befindet sich etwa 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt im Ort. Man kann aber auch quasi direkt von der Haustür aus über ein paar Stufen ins Wasser gehen. Der Ort ist verhaltmäßig ruhig, bietet aber jede Menge Möglichkeiten den Gaumen zu verwöhnen. In direkter Nachbarschaft ist eine Taverne, die mit leckeren, regionalen, frischen Speisen und Getränken zum abendlichen Verweilen einlädt. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind in kleinen Märkten erhältlich. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist im nächsten Ort.
