This is condo is in downtown rosarito beach. you are close to all the nightclubs. there are restaurants , liquor stores, tour guides, taxis, public transportation, from the 12 story high rise condo you can walk out to the public beach and walk miles on the sandy beach. this is a private owned condo and has been upgraded and is decorated as a second home not just a rental . big screen tv , high speed internet 2 Jacuzzi and 1 pool . the most important reason is because it is a 24 hour gate guarded secured complex .

You don't need a car . you can walk to shops, restaurants, beaches and night clubs. we have a nice sized balcony with 180 degree ocean view. we have a patio table with chairs and umbrella . no one else have these amenities

Perfect place if you want to spend a relaxing weekend in rosarito or even party at papas n beer! This condo has a beautiful view ans is close to the action! Only drawback is that only 1 car is allowed to park per condo... so make sure everyone is together in one car.
This was our third time staying at Oceana and it never fails! The location is spot on, the security helps you feel at ease and the quick access to the beach hits the spot. The condo perfectly met the needs of our family. Spacious, clean and the owner was super attentive. The views from the condo added frosting to the cake. I will undoubtedly choose this condo for our next visit! Leave all your doubts behind and book this condo!
The view is great and everything is walking distance.
Make sure when renting this property to take pictures if there’s any damages even the smallest damages count so you don’t get your deposit taken for damages you did not do.
its not easy being a vacation property owner/manager. i have had hundreds of guests since 1980 . very rarely do i deduct any damages from any of my guests. i am not in the business of taking guests deposits . i have a cleaning crew that comes in immediately upon the guests departure . they take pictures of any damages that they find and notify me immediately so that i can be aware . i do contact the tenants and put a hold on the security deposit of $100. 99% percent of the guests never admit they caused the damage. its always someone elses fault not theirs . i have documented many cases of blood stained and ruined linen that was still not completely dry and the guest still denied it was them (?????) . i have had my mattress ruined from a child who was a bedwetter and it not only ruined the linen it penetrated all the way thru the mattress and into the box spring yet the guests denied it was their child or that it was not that much urine from their child. i can go on and on. i actually lose money as the deposit is not sufficient to cover the costs . in this case the entertainment center was nicked near the entrance to the patio door. not saying it was intentional and maybe they nicked and scratched it without realizing it but it was done during their stay . the cleaning crew immediately notified me and thus i have to deduct from their deposit. the entertainment center cost $500 my deposit is $100 . i have to sand and repaint it or get a new one. and of course ...the guest is denying they did the damage and threatened that they were going to put a bad review in if i did deduct a penny. i can only go by pictures and the report from my cleaning crew who have nothing to gain from the security deposit deduction. the crew is simply doing their job of reporting what they see. i can only stand on all the positive reviews . unfortunately bad reviews come with the territory and i have to expect that . i have guests break glasses, dishes , ruin pans and have left vomit and feces on my couches and beds . some have even brought their stinky hairy pets and of course denied any damages . i as an owner and property manager have to take some kind of action when this happens.

Property was clean upon arrival. We arrived to Rosarito a few hours earlier than expected. A quick message to Rene and he granted is early access to the condo. Rene was very easy to get in touch with and all the security guards at the gates were very nice.
Has everything you need, everything is around the corner beautiful view of ocean.
this condo is close to all types of coffee shops, restaurants, flee markets, night clubs, stores , grocery stores. you really don't need a car.
