The Knolls is located close to Mile Marker 22 on the Lake of the Ozarks. This well known resort with its rustic, tree filled setting sits on a peninsula with great views of the main channel and coves. The resort features many amenities for busy families. These include an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game room, fitness center and tennis courts. The property also offers a swimming dock, plenty of places to fish and a boat ramp.

The unit has a king bed, one queen, one twin plus 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen, large deck with great view, in unit laundry and free wifi are also part of this package.

Great weekend getaway

The condo was great and the location was perfect for what we needed. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids with the rainy weather. They also enjoyed counting the deer as we were driving to the location.

Super cute Condo on Water!

My family of 4 loved this cute condo. The rooms are very spacious and much bigger in person. The balcony was lovely- shaded, clean, comfy, and great view. Great host- Will stay here again!

Great vacation condo

Great location, very responsive owner, you can throw a rock (easily) from the back porch to the lake, & its centrally located to go to various places to eat, parasail, canoe, etc. We liked the indoor & outdoor pools & hot tub. Having two bathrooms is great with a family of four & there is a spacious master bathroom.

Perfect weekend getaway

Very comfortable up to date condo and in a relaxing location that was still close to everything we wanted to do. We spent most of the weekend at the condo because we could fish and swim along with many other available family activities. Would highly recommend this unit.

Nice Property!

Overall our stay was good. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were not the cleanest. Specifically, the toilets. When there is a cleaning fee added into the cost of the rental, everything should be spotless when new guests arrive. Other than that, I would rent again.

Nice pool/hot tub!

The property was cute but would have liked it to be a but cleaner. The master blanket was soiled and there was food under the couches. The pullout beds were extremely uncomfortable. Drove to pool, not very close but the porch had a beautiful view and close to the Ozarks.

A Memorable Time Was Had By All

Gorgeous weather along with a wonderful condo made for a perfect graduation celebration weekend for my son and his friends. Alison went out of her way to make sure everything was to our liking, even taking the time to text us occasionally throughout the weekend to make sure all was well. The unit has an incredible view of the channel, I enjoyed spending my mornings on the patio, listening to the birds and the wind chimes while reading my novel. The beds were super comfy and the large great room was perfect for my son and his fellow graduates to play board games and chill. We'll certainly be returning to this little slice of heaven soon!

Kitchen lacking

The property was great and the condo nice. However, the kitchen needs some more cooking essentials and storage containers for food cooked. The refrigerator freezes food on the top shelf. Some of the decorations aren’t practical with small children especially 4 and 2 year olds. The provided basics were helpful. The condo itself was nice and homey. I would definitely rent again in the future.

Very nice.

The property was very nice and the owners were very accommodating. I was impressed with the cleanliness. In addition, the temperature in the condo was cool on arrival, unlike previous experiences with other condo's. Impressive! The only other comment that I have is not directly related to the condo but to the pool accommodations. The clubhouse is very nice, however; other guests brought LARGE rafts, they were throwing balls across the length of the pool, and playing music. There are signs that this type of thing is "prohibited", however; there is no one there to enforce it. Again, this comment has nothing to do with the condo or the clubhouse amenities. It was disapponting that such nice accommodations were dampened somewhat by inconsiderate guests.

Short Vacation, But Great Escape

This property was well situated and quiet. Close enough, but not in the middle of everything. This was well punctuated last night as we dined at the LandShark bar and grill, which felt very touristy, we were so happy for the short drive back to stay in the cool, quiet, and comfortable condo. The rooms were well decorated, the beds were soft and welcoming, and the view from the balconies were tranquil and peaceful. This was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks, and we look forward to coming back. And we would happily stay here again, if it was available. Thank You for a Great Vacation!

Amazing property! Loved the location, cleanliness, and amenities of the resort!

Loved this property. Clean, fully stocked, beautifully decorated, cozy home-like atmosphere. The owner was very thorough with description and instructions. The amenities of the property were enough that we didn’t have to leave for entertainment or things to do! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

Awesome Thanksgiving Vaca

Beautiful, cozy condo that was very peaceful and relaxing for me, my son, and my granddaughter. We took a walk around the lake, swam in the pool, spent some time in the hot tub (it was very hot) and just relaxed and enjoyed our time together. If I had to complain about something it would be the description of the club house. The pool table was ripped and there were no pool sticks anywhere to be found. The room that was supposed to have pinball machines was completely empty, no games anywhere. Other than that our stay was great. The owners were very nice and accomodating, answered any question I had within minutes. Beautiful condo, thank you for sharing it withe and my family for Thanksgiving!
