Property description: The Knolls is a family friendly vacation destination with a range of amenities for vacationers of any age. This complex includes: indoor pool, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna room, outdoor tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, basketball court, large outdoor fire pit for large gatherings, outdoor grill area to accommodate larger groups. The club house includes a fireplace, large screen television, game room, kitchen, pool table, and newly remodeled work out room.

Condo is 1600 square feet and features 3 bedrooms (all mattresses and pillows include a hypo allergenic mite & bed bug protector) and 3 bathrooms. This condo is just steps from the club house area and pools.

Master Suite: Queen sized bed with sitting area that includes a Roku television and pull out sofa sleeper. The master bathroom is beautifully remodeled and has a large whirlpool tub and glass tile throughout shower /tub area. This suite has sliding glass door to go out to balcony with a spectacular lake view.

Suite #2: Has 2 (new in 2018) queen sized beds, television and a very spacious newly remodeled bathroom with very modern fixtures and beautiful tile throughout. This suite has a martini deck with an amazing view of the lake.

Bedroom 3:This newly painted room has king sized bed and also includes a 32-inch LED TV. The bedroom has a door leading directly into a bathroom that has been recently renovated with a beautiful shower and tub.

Spacious living room leads directly to a large patio with patio bar furniture and a new gas flattop grill. Equipped with ceiling fan and mood lighting. Living room boasts beautiful comfortable and furniture and an electric fireplace. For your enjoyment a flat screen television and smart Blu Ray player. The living room is also furnished with board games, books, and DVD’s for those rainy days or family fun nights. This condo also includes WiFi.

Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, microwave, garbage compactor, and all the dishes you could need to complete a Master Chef worthy family dinner. Also included: a coffee pot, toaster, blender, electric can opener, ice maker and many more comforts of home. A spacious dining room with a seating area for 6, and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools available.

Utility room has stack washer and dryer so you can pack light or dry those swim suits.

12X30 boat slip available at no cost. Boat launch available right on Knolls property for your convenience.

The property owners were fantastic. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. We also really enjoyed the location in relation to what is around the area. We were mainly in to see family. It was very easy to get in to the condo and around to the amenities in the complex. We will definitely consider staying here again.
