Perfect Stay ā€“ Clean, Comfortable, and Close to Everything

We had a great stay! The house was spotless, with clean beds and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The location is idealā€”just a short walk to the beach and close to fantastic pools. Highly recommend!

Searching for our Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After finally finding our unit since we were not aware there were several same # , different names which were not easy to see our unit was clean and had everything we were told it would have.Clean pool, easy access into unit and spacious rooms.Unfortunately we lost water pressure and hot water in our MB 2nd day shower and vanity. Dryer would not dry our clothes. I did report Thursday morning we were in/out Wednesday.They did offer to come to unit but we had small kids so we just made sure the office was aware. Otherwise we were comfortable and nice bedding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and werenā€™t ready to leave! We have a two year old and it was the perfect location with the pool, splash pad and playground area, but also being so close to the beach. We truly only had two complaints: One being the water pressure in the master bathroom shower. It was so bad we couldnā€™t even utilize the shower for anything other than changing out of our sandy beach clothes. The water just trickled from the shower head; no way to actually wash in there. Our 2nd complaint would be that the playground area was not well maintained and there were several wooden railing pieces missing making it easy for a child to fall thru, off of the platform. Definitely needs some attention! Other than those two things we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at this place. It fit our needs for our family of 5 really well. Loved that the pool was right outside our door and was super easy to get to. It was located close enough to the beach to walk, but we drove. The place was clean and orderly. Had the main dishes we needed to do our own cooking at the place. The knife set needed to be replaced because there were some rust spots on them, otherwise the dishes seemed good. There are several tvs in the unit, but none of them are smart tvs. We would have used that for our kids if it was an option, but we still had plenty of other things to do, so it wasnt too big of a deal for us. The bunk bed was super fun for our kids. But we really loved the heated pool the most. We spent hours in it during our 3 night stay. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway for us.

We had an amazing time. This place was spacious, comfortable, and the location was superb! The ice maker could use a little work, it didnā€™t make much ice, but I would love to visit again.

Swimming with Pigs VBRO

The checkin process was a breeze! We loved being right in front of the main pool. The playground was closed for repairs but it wasnā€™t an issue in our stay. My grandson loved the pool as we all did. The decor of the condo was cute and we all loved the themed ā€œswimming with pigsā€ pictures. Would certainly recommend and would stay here again.

Great place poolside

We had a great experience in this condo. It is in a great location near the beach (we drove the block or two and parked on the beach) and has two great pools. The condo is well stocked and even has a washer and dryer. We did have Issues with the AC our first night but the manager I texted got a repair person out pretty quickly and it was fixed. Overall great stay. We would stay here again.

Lovely, comfy and roomy

We have stayed at several condos at Village by the Beach and love the condos, itā€™s amenities and location to the beach. This unit was very clean and roomy for our family. We especially loved it was right next to the pool. Management was also very responsive when we inquired as to the Wi-Fi.

Hurri-cation Laura Getaway

We evacuated for Hurricane Laura and wanted to enjoy the necessary time away. The property was perfect for relaxing, pool time, or a beach visit. The only complaint was the tv; the tv did not work and we called everyday to have it reset. It never worked which was a real disappointment for my mother when sheā€™d had enough sun.
