The townhome is fully furnished with:
The first floor has 2 roomy bedrooms each with an attached full bathroom.
Full sized washer and dryer
The second floor has a living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa
Fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals.
3rd full bathroom
Breezy balcony looking out over sand dunes, and the Packery Channel waters .

All bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. Provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, two soaps per bathroom, roll of paper towels, napkins, dish soap, dish sponge, dish towel, 4 pods for the washer and 4 pods for the dish washer and garbage can liners..

* National Seashore, Corpus Christi, Rockport, Port Aransas are a short drive away. Boating, fishing, eateries, museums, shopping, concert halls, award winning Aquarium, AA baseball, sightseeing, horseback riding on the beach!
