With five bedrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, a game room, gym, and an oversized swim spa, there’s no shortage of space or entertainment! Enjoy stunning distant red rock views, multiple patios, and a backyard designed for relaxation and fun!

This home features five well-appointed bedrooms spread across two levels, providing privacy and comfort for everyone.

Upstairs:

Sink into the plush sectional in the living room, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or step outside onto the expansive deck and take in 180-degree mountain views.

-Take a dip in the brand-new swim spa, featuring 15 feet of jetted lap swimming space (heated to 82°F year-round). Or, for ultimate relaxation, sink into the 5-foot jetted hot tub, heated to 102°F.
-The upper deck provides a front-row seat to some of the best views in the area, offering a stunning backdrop for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
-The back patio features a sauna, ping pong table, and outdoor seating
-The front patio firepit is perfect for gathering under the stars, roasting marshmallows, or sharing stories late into the night.
-The fully-fenced backyard offers peace and privacy while still allowing plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the fresh air.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet.

We are not located at the property but are available remotely as needed.

This home is located in Cottonwood-Verde Village. This is a residential area that is home to families and retirees. Please be respectful of the neighbors and follow quiet hours between 10pm-7am. This location is a 10 minute drive to Old Town Cottonwood restaurants and shops, 18 minute drive to wineries, and 30 minute drive to the heart of Sedona.

The pool and spa are heated year round for no additional fee.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Absolutely NO smoking inside the property, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.

We have multiple security cameras located on the exterior of the property.
