Kapila Gardens es perfecto para programas de retiro y reuniones familiares con su apartamento principal de 3 habitaciones y 2 habitaciones más 3 casitas pequeñas y una carpa de 1 glamping. Además de un increíble jardín de un acre de vida silvestre y santuario de aves con más de 100 árboles y plantas locales y especies de cactus, áreas de descanso en la glorieta y piscina.

Great stay in Cottonwood!

Kapila Gardens was the perfect space for our friends getaway! We had plenty of space to spread out, a great kitchen and the outdoor area was beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Location was the best. Middle of everything. Close to downtown. Middle of Jerome and Sedona. Quite neighbors, excellent manager communication skills. 100% recommended.

Wish we could’ve stayed there longer!

We had a great stay in Cottonwood and this place was perfect. Spacious and clean… nice to stretch out after being in hotels for the prior week. Location was private and it felt like a little oasis. Amazing park like gardens and the pool hit the spot too. Next time we’ll bring the extended family too and fully take advantage of the property!

Beautiful property, great for friends gathering!

Group of motorcycle friends and spouse. Great kitchen for making meals, nice outdoor grill. Plenty of rooms for everyone. Back yard is stunning oasis. Overall impressed with house and grounds. Well return next year for annual trip.

Beautiful garden area!

We were a family of 5 adults celebrating birthdays. The house was a perfect size for us. We especially enjoyed the amazing garden with all the walk ways and various seating areas. And the pool came in handy as it was hot during our stay. Can't say enough how we enjoyed our stay at this property and would most definitely stay there again!

A little bit for everyone

The town of Cottonwood is in a perfect location for hikes, seeing national historic spots and a fun downtown. The home itself lets the guests spread out then come back together. with a backyard enjoyed with trails and places to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Modern decor and comfortable seating.

Lovely property. Communication with host was very easy. We paid a little extra to have the pool heated during our stay and it was totally worth it. Heated to a very comfortable temperature and my kids used it every day.

Great Family Space!

We enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our family group of 11 and the house was well equipped! Very much appreciate that the pool has a full fence with locking gate to ensure that the kids only had access with adult supervision. Josh was easy to reach and very responsive throughout our stay. Tbe Kapila Gardens was fantastic, it was all we expected for our Christmas getaway. Our family enjoyed the entire property & the casitas were adorable. Teens loved their privacy. Pool heated to 90 degrees which was enjoyed by all. Would recommend, would like to return in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful grounds.

Great choice

We had an great experience at this property it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were 8 adults between couples and singles and there was plenty of room. The pool was excellent and gave us time to relax and then explore the surrounding towns and wineries. We are planning on booking this property next year again, thanks Josh for getting back to us right away when we had questions.

Family stay for wedding weekend

We stayed here with my parents, elderly aunt and uncle, cousins and kids for my son’s wedding and this location could not have been more perfect for our group. Plenty of room indoors and outdoors and lots of space that we used for wedding prep. The kitchen is well equipped which made it the perfect spot to have meals with our family and the outdoor area provided lots of room for us to spread out and not be in each others way the whole time. Pool was perfect for the warm weekend temps. Location was central to town and to all the wedding activities. We would stay again just for a wine tasting weekend or to have a staycation outside of Sedona. Fantastic stay - thank you!

21st birthday celebration

We had an amazing time! There was a group of 12 of us ladies celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. We had the main house, the apartment and the garage. We had PLENTY of space for everyone. We enjoyed the heated pool and we cooked dinners 2 out of the 3 nights. The property is beautiful with multiple spots to sit and relax. We drove to Sedona one day and we visited 2 wineries in Cornville. I would highly recommend this location!

Great Getaway To Arizona

This house is amazing for anybody who wants to stay near Sedona with a family. The garden is beautiful and huge---pictures can't properly show this. Our family spent a lot of time in the garden and the pool. The stars are amazing at night. The size of the house is suitable for a large family due to the attached apartment and the number of rooms and bathrooms. We really have no complaints and would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Spacious house, beautiful yard

I rented this house for my group of friends traveling to the area for a visit to Sedona and wine tasting. The house was perfect with a large kitchen and all the tools for cooking for our group. We had the main house and connected apartment. It was roomy, very clean and the beds were comfy. The backyard was spectacular with a winding path and spots to have morning coffee. It’s conveniently located for Sedona, Jerome and the Verde Valley Wine trail. We all want to come back next year.

80th Birthday Celebration

Great location and great kitchen family room area to gather for our large group (was supposed to be 16 but ended up being 13). Well supplied house and owner was very quick to respond with a few questions. We didn't end up needing all the casitas but just a comment that each is really suited for just a single guest since the beds in each all looked like twin size. Beautiful property and well-kept. My mother in law truly enjoyed her surprise party and all guests were very comfortable in this house. You won't be disappointed if you book this location!

Beautiful centrally located garden oasis

Party of ten age ranging 5-65 years. We all had a great time here. We couldn’t believe how beautiful the gardens were! So much care has been put into the lighting, art and plantings. We spent time in the garden relaxing… they’re very private. The pool was nice and warm with towels provided. Layout and rooms in the house were perfect for us (just the right amount of common space but also private areas inside and out if you need a break from People lol). The property is a great central spot for site seeing and hiking. The kitchen is well stocked! We made dinner a couple of nights here and the kitchen was very chef friendly. Cottonwood itself has some good restaurants and ample grocery options. There is a very nice woman and her cute dog that do live in an RV on the side of the property I say this just as a head’s up. They keep to themselves though, respect your privacy and we didn’t even notice them as the property is expansive. Josh was lovely and communication was great. We would love to stay here again but this time instead of being on the go the whole time we would just like to relax and enjoy the beautiful property a bit more as it’s basically a mini resort!
