Directly on the bay, this updated Santa Rosa Dunes condo does not disappoint!

The building is the closest to the water and the amazing unobstructed views of the sound is enough to make your stay a memorable experience. The private balcony will give you the peace and quiet needed to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The fishing pier is feet away from the balcony and we hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

The master bedroom has direct stunning views of the water. There's a king bed and the new mattress topper will give you restful nights. It also has its private bathroom.
In the second bedroom, a bunk bed with new mattresses was recently added to provide more room for bigger families. We understand; we have five children of our own! It has its private bathroom as well.

Unlike most condos around, this family-friendly condo has no other units above or below. Calm and peaceful!

There's no doubt that you will appreciate the Olympic size pool that the complex offers. The club house comes in handy for small gatherings or to cool off during hot summer days. There's also a tennis court to keep you in good shape :) !

Pensacola Beach has a lot to offer and you'll find an abundance of well rated restaurants. If you have to pick one, Peg Leg Pete's Resto/Bar is a must! It is located right on the bay, the food is amazing, there's a sand play area AND it's a 2 minute walk from the condo. Win-Win!

A short 4 minute walk will take you to the beach. If needed, we have beach chairs and beach towels for you to use to keep things easy. If your kids are anything like ours, they will bring more toys than they can handle, but if not, we've got you covered. Beach toys, board games, wooden blocks and books will keep them busy and happy.

Our #1 goal is to make your stay convenient, comfortable and cozy. We believe that our fully equipped kitchen, welcome snacks, coffee area and cold water will set you up to a good start!

This home is exactly as described. Very comfortable stay. The balcony offered exactly what we needed. We enjoyed watching dolphins and the sunset. Highly recommed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and had everything that we needed. Most places don’t provide enough of the essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. This condo had plenty of that plus extras like dish soap and cleaning supplies. I was grateful for the extra supplies. Plus Ellie provided coffee and a few snacks! I loved that. It’s the little things :-) Don’t miss the sunset off the pier!! It’s GORGEOUS!!

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The dock on the bay behind the unit was great for fishing, and the beach was just across the street. And the pool was huge!Fort Pickens and the Gulf Islands Seashore is also an interesting and beautiful place to visit.

Ellie was really responsive and a pleasure to correspond with. She was proactive in ensuring everything met our expectations. It was super nice of her to drop off some easter eggs for the kids during Easter. The amenities, close proximity to the pier, and pool was very convenient. We would not hesitate to rent again.

This is an exceptional place to stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, offering both privacy and a fantastic location. The Wi-Fi and televisions worked seamlessly throughout our stay. It’s clear the host has put a great deal of thought into every detail, providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Just steps away, there’s a charming private pier that adds to the overall experience. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.

Great family vacation spot!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The kids had everything they wanted and needed and all the details were noticed! Great location as well and the huge pool was a hit. We love Pensacola and will definitely look for this listing again in the future!

This condo is quite charming. The owners have given it a homey feel--they even provide a nice welcome basket. There were 5 in our group, including 2 young children, and the condo will accommodate 6 comfortably. The master bathroom's vanity was a little small for 2 adults and 2 children, but there were 2 other bathrooms the children could use--the extra half bath downstairs was very handy. Unlike condos/houses run by property management companies, this unit comes with 3 or 4 dishwasher and laundry pods, as well as dishwashing liquid; with at least 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; and with extra trash bags under the kitchen sink. We used 2 extra trash bags while we were there, but we left most of everything else for the next lucky customers. If you are carting lots of stuff to the beach, it's either .31 miles (turning left on Ft. Pickens Rd.) or .34 miles (turning right) to the actual shore of the beach, which makes it a haul. However, if you throw your stuff in the car and leave the condo before 10:00, you can almost always find a parking place near one of the beach access points. Peg Leg Pete's is also only .31 miles away. It is a pleasant walk as long as it's not too hot and sunny. This condo truly is a "find." It is on the bay, not the beach, but it has access to a dock just in back of the unit, it is quiet and relaxing, and it comes with a large community pool.

Great stay

Lovely condo that was clean and had all the essentials, even some books and games to entertain my two littles! Easy walk to the beach. Host was very communicative. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Family vacay!

We’ve stayed in several units here and this one was amazing! Super clean, cute , and stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extras that many units don’t offer (beach toys, towels, cooler, beach chairs ect) Host was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for chilling or playing!

Just as described. Very clean, great location, great patio. Everything was comfortable and it’s evident the host puts a lot of thought into making her guests stay as enjoyable as possible. Loved the pier right outside the unit. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Felt like home

The entire condo was beautifully decorated, cleaned immaculately, and provided with multiple extra amenities to add an extra level of comfort. The vicinity to the beach allowed for easy access and use of the strip along the coast. Our stay was short and busy with events, but knowing the condo would provide a relaxing stay was a blessing. We were also able to use the community center located on the campus, which has many great activities for the family.

A really nice, calm place at Pensacola Beach

This property was exactly what we were looking for in Pensacola Beach. Very close to the beach, but still offering privacy on the cove side. The fishing pier and giant swimming pool were really nice amenities. Communication with the host, check-in, and everything else could not have been easier. The rental was very clean with great decor. The view out to the cove was excellent. And it was really nice having the bedrooms upstairs. We would absolutely stay here again when we are next in Pensacola Beach.

Very pleased!

Ellie was amazing! She has great communication & quick to respond! There was an issue with the app but she still found a way to reach out so I knew she wasn’t ignoring me. We appreciated that there were chairs/umbrella available bc they were needed at the beach! Ty for also having boogie boards & fishing stuff available. It was the perfect amount of space & very close to the beach! The view is beautiful as well!

Great house with everything a family could need

We have stayed in several Santa Rosa Dunes properties, this was one of the best! Communication with the owner was a breeze and the unit had all of the necessities. I personally loved the XL extended porch that looks over the bay. The photos look exactly like the unit in real life. It's an easy walk across the street to the beach, but we prefer to load up the trunk, make the very short drive across the street, then unload at the crossover. We have 3 teens and a lot of gear. There were chairs, coolers and an umbrella for guest use. We love to walk to PegLeg Petes. The secret is to send someone to put your name in around 5-5:30 while everyone is finishing up getting ready. The wait is generally 45 minutes around that time. You will get a text, walk over when there are 5 parties ahead of you, grab a drink downstairs and your table will be ready within minutes. We also loved a morning walk to Bear Bowls and Coffee near the Pier. Ask for a sample of the different base flavors, I'm craving one now! We will be back! Thanks for letting us stay!
