Overview

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Things to note:

1. There is 1 camera outside, pointed out for your safety
2. Do not turn thermostat under 68 degrees to not lock the system.
Do not increase the pool temperature above 80 degrees
3. We do routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs
4. We do routine lawn care and it may occur on your stay
5. We provide a pack n play and booster chair but you need to bring your own sheets.
6. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside
7. Before heading in, screen shot the check in details and download an offline map for directions in case you do not have signal
8. Please note there`s an extra charge of $35 per day for POOL HEAT if you prefer it to be heated during your stay. It will be heated to 78 degrees. It must be requested at least 2 days prior to check in. This fee is applied for reservations booked after 8/1/2024. Any reservations before booked before 8/1/2024 there will be no pool heating fee.
9. Washer and Dryer
Please gentle with the controls. It doesn`t not need to be pushed with force. Do not over load the washer and make sure the lid is closed with nothing in the way of the latch.
10. We highly recommend Trip insurance just in case you have to cancel for any reason.
11. We do not cancel due to weather except under extenuating circumstances outlined by Airbnb.
12. If you select a non-refundable policy for your stay it will be non-refundable for any reason. Make sure you are sure before selecting this option for the discount.
13. Pool cleaning Happens Wednesday mornings. The pool technician will knock on the door before coming in.

Mila`s Mountain Oasis is conveniently located in Sevierville near Pigeon Forge, with several shops and restaurants. You can experience all the different handmade goods the area has to offer. With only minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you can drive in your car to take the sights in. You have the best of both worlds as the lodge offers seclusion but is so close to the sights and sounds of downtown.

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer free parking enough for four cars in front of the lodge.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate.
We recommend downloading an `offline map` in your Maps program or app. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don`t have cell coverage.

To do this, it`s easy:

1. Open the Maps app and log in.

2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out, so the map contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don`t be afraid to zoom out because it`ll get everything in between.

3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., and select `Download Offline Map > Download.`
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, and click Download
