Very quiet peaceful neighborhood.
Driving would be the best mode of transportation. You can bike the trail around the park. There is plenty of street parking available if needed.
*** We do not allow access to the garages, we have a drive way and there is plenty of street parking available.***
1.) Please Take Out The Trash & Dispose of Food In The Fridge.
2.) Please Put Dishes In Dishwasher & Press Start.
3.) Please Leave Dirty Towels on Bathroom Floor.
4.) Lock And Close Windows and Doors.
5.) NO smoking. Smoking on property will result in an extra cleaning fee of $350

Born and raised Chicago native, I moved to Texas in hopes for finding the best BBQ! LOL, although there is no disappointments there at all. I enjoy sports, live music and spending as much time with my wife and children. Im a sucker for pastries and have a new found passion for pickle ball (I thinkTexas is rubbing off on me). I just started Hosting with my wife and we enjoy it very much.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our fellow neighbors are a kind and respectful, so we ask you be the same way. The property sits on a corner next a few hundred feet from a beautiful pond. There's also a trail around the park area as well.
