We are offering LONG TERM RENTALS ONLY for this beautiful, fully renovated (2025) furnished 3400 sq ft home, sitting on 2.28 acres. Centrally located to tons of amenities, for a long-term lease with at least 6-12 months being required. (3 months for Traveling Nurses/Physicians). This property is just outside of the entrance to The Village's, Brownwood Square, close to UF Health ER, HCA ER, Spanish Plains Medical Center, Publix Grocery Store, Convenience Stores and Golf Courses being a half mile away. Our property bodes 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, is small Dog-Friendly, with a beautiful pool (not heated) and waterfall, Fire Pit, Outside Kitchen and brand new BBQ Grill to enjoy. There are also 2 hanging swings in our 3 oak trees, RV or Boat Parking available at no extra charge, a Dedicated office for workspace with a California Closet in the MBR! Please NOTE: There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED anywhere on the property, Long-term renters need Renter Insurance, credit check, deposit, Thank you!!

Our 2.28acres, among the surrounding neighborhoods, makes this property, wonderful, peaceful, and quiet. We have three oak trees with For, relaxing, as well as a fire pit in the backyard with chairs, an inground pool with a waterfall that brings a tranquility to this property. The master bedroom is also unusually large, while boding a huge California Closet!
