The space
Enjoy a private detached guest home tucked away in the back corner of the property.

The main floor includes a queen-size sofa bed, full kitchen, living area, private bathroom, and self check-in with keypad entry.

Upstairs, you’ll find a king-size bed with private deck access.

Relax in a private brand-new Jacuzzi J-285 after exploring Zion, Sand Hollow, or Southern Utah. This spacious 6 seat hot tub features 42 powerful massage jets, targeted neck, shoulder, and back therapy, a large jetted foot dome, illuminated accents, and four built-in cup holders.

Bring your boat, trailer, or UTV. You can park inside or outside the fenced area, depending on your setup.

La Chona “la CHO-nah” is named after the spirited Mexican folk anthem, full of joy, character, and good energy. That’s the vibe we wanted here: warm, welcoming, and ready for a good time.

BEFORE YOU BOOK:
Please select the correct number of guests and the correct number of pets on your reservation so the platform can calculate your total correctly, including the pet fee.

The pet fee is $35 per pet, per night.

If those numbers are entered correctly, the total you see at checkout is the amount you’ll be billed. There are no extra guest or pet charges added later.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire detached guest home, including the upstairs king bedroom, private deck, living area, kitchen, bathroom, and designated parking area.

Self check-in is available with keypad entry.

You may park inside or outside the fenced area, depending on your vehicle, boat, trailer, or UTV setup. Please keep the gates closed during your stay.

A few helpful things to know before you book:

The king bedroom is upstairs and does require stairs.

La Chona is a private detached guest home located behind the main house. You’ll have your own entrance, private deck, living space, and parking area.

Dogs are welcome. Please keep the gates closed and clean up after them so the space stays nice for the next guests.

No parties or events. We’re in a quiet neighborhood and want to keep things peaceful for everyone.

Hot Tub:
When you’re done soaking, please put the cover back on and secure it. Southern Utah dust storms can roll in quickly, and nobody wants to soak in a tub full of sand. If it’s left uncovered and requires extra cleaning, the additional cleaning cost will be charged to the guest.

Keep it covered when it’s not in use, and you’re all set.
