The property was set up beautifully. I would recommend to stay here anytime. The host was very attentive with any questions. Thank you very much will definitely book again!
Excellent location for those who want access both to Hopkins and downtown Baltimore. The host was very responsive. Basic cookware was provided to allow for food prep in the apartment and everything was spotlessly clean on arrival.
Went there for an event at the Convention center and the place fit our needs pretty well. Was walkable (~1.5-2 mi walk) and easy to get to some train stations too. Bed was super comfy, and place was quiet. Communication with host was great and super responsive!
The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment was perfect for my stay. My only issue was the neighborhood. I was traveling alone on business and the entrance was through an alley. The alley did not have great lighting which made it a bit unsettling at night. However, the apartment was beautifully furnished and I enjoyed my stay.
This was a spacious and cozy unit for one person! The bedroom was a good size, the kitchen had lots of appliances and was well-stocked, the shower pressure in the bathroom was great and I experienced no issues with the Wifi or TV (although someone in the upstairs unit accidentally sent their Apple connect code to my TV instead of theirs, temporarily interrupting what I was watching).Being a basement apartment, the entire unit was cold but bedroom especially was REALLY cold. There's a personal A/C unit by the bed that had a vent hooked up to the window, and because of the way it was set up, the window couldn't close all the way and let in a considerable draft. This left the bedroom around the same temperature as it was outside and the rest of the unit only mildly warmer when the furnace would run. I was able to circumvent this by wearing layers and covering the bed with extra blankets, but for what it's worth, it rained for two days of my stay and the room stayed dry. There were also a few bugs here and there, but they didn't stick around. The bathroom sink has no counter but enough space to stack things around it. The front entrance (and really the whole kitchen except for in front of the sink) had no carpeting, rugs or mats, so when it rained I took a spare towel from the bedroom closet and used it as a floor mat so it wouldn't get dirty or muddy.Overall, this was a very peaceful and quiet stay and I would return when it's warmer!
The location near the train station was perfect for me, and the place was spotlessly clean. The bed was quite comfy and the kitchen was well set up. I had friends for breakfast and had a nice time.
There was a bit of a mixup at first that was resolved very quickly by the host. Excellent communication and effort. The instructions for getting in were quite detailed and accurate. It is a basement as noted, so yes you come in through the alley way.
The host was a good communicator, very responsive and accommodated my checkin schedule quite graciously.
The property was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, had a good shower and is generally well appointed (Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchen/cooking utensils). No issues with Wifi or TV. I would alert guests that the ceilings are low and not likely suitable for anyone 6' and over. The step leading into the apartment is a big drop. Not a negative -- just a warning. I am a 70+ woman and had no trouble with any of that or with navigating the neighborhood on foot. The host kept in touch throughout to avert or fix any potential problems.

Worst Vacation Home Experience
Where do I start first the entrance was in the dark backyard through an alleyway there was no light at the door to assist with viewing the keypad . when we first arrived you basically have to jump down into the apt bc the step is like a foot and a half high then as I walk past the bathroom I noticed towels piled on the floor so I'm immediately disgusted bc this place is dirty then to add insult to injury there is cold and flu medicine laying around so now I'm in a used vacation home and the last person who stayed was sick I called the host who had the cleaner come within an hour to clean so after we left and came back she had cleaned I assume. Then I noticed there's no tv like it says in the posting so I asked the owner about that and he said it was supposed to be installed the next day which didn't happen so the whole stay we had to listen to the people upstairs do the cha cha slide and what have you while I had to watch my phone for entertainment . While the host was apologetic and did have the cleaner come out immediately this was just not an experience I'd ever want again. I would honestly never choose this place again. The only plus was it's close to the train station and the other activities I had planned .

The guest did not mention how the cleaner apologized profusely due to them having a mix-up with the cleaning schedule hence the lapse in cleaning the property on time. They get it properly cleaned shortly after check-in. Additionally, the guest was refunded the entirety of their stay due to this inconvenience. They didn’t include that information as well.
