This was such an adorable little place! Perfect for just me. I thought the location was fantastic as it didn't take me long to get downtown for tours, to Red Rocks for a concert, and needed shops were close. Everything was very clean and tidy! I enjoyed sitting outside at the table! Lucy responded quickly if I had any questions and was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this place if you are by yourself or with your partner.

The property is great for a weekend trip. No place to put your clothes when staying a week. Needed to open your suitcase multiple times a day. Having a chest with drawers would be helpful

We arrived late (12:30 a.m.), driving for 10 hours. Maps took us to the address, there two buildings. Murray's law, I tried the wrong unit first. I quickly realized my mistake and was able to access the key to our unit. My only critique would be better signage at the driveway.

Great place! Clean, easy to access, and just the right size for the two of us. It’s in a perfect spot to go to any locations in and outside of Denver. An easy 15-20 min from Red Rocks! Nice neighborhood with lots of convenient places nearby to eat or shop. Pleasant, homey, and comfortable! Host was very communicative!

I loved this quiet little spot. Just the right size for me. The desk with ergonomic chair was a bonus. Very well-equipped. Little difficult moving the suitcases over the gravel driveway.It took me a minute to figure out the key box, after you type the numbers you have to press down (not push in) a little button at the top, then the front falls forward and the key is revealed. To close the box back up again, you have to repeat the procedure (press clear button, press code numbers, press down top button) then slide the box back together. Most people probably already know this! I liked the motion-sensor light on the front of the house as it was very dark when I arrived. At midday, it was only 11 minutes' drive to the Convention Center. Quick response when I had a question! Would stay here again.
