1st floor 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo with patio that exits to the lawn overlooking the Pond. Property has two pools onsite with a clubhouse & gym. Carolina Yacht Landing is a gated community off the beaten path that offers a peaceful getaway. The location is really hard to beat if you’re looking for a destination near the beach. Minutes from tons of attractions for families and adults such as House of Blues, Twelve 33 Distillery, Duplin Winery, multiple putt putt course and much much more.

We absolutely love this property. This is our second summer in this property and our hosts are wonderful and so easy to communicate with, the house is clean, comfy and accessible. The community is quiet and peaceful. 10/10 would choose them again !!

Beach vacation

We loved this place! Our family of five was able to stay very comfortably at the property. Our host Preston was extremely easy to communicate with and helped us with any issues or concerns immediately. The house was very clean, the rooms were spacious and decorated well. The only room for improvement was the sleeper sofa in living room. Although we did not use the pullout bed, the couch was hard to sit on and difficult to get up from.

Mom’s 80th

Needed a place to stay for my mother’s 80th b-day. She lives in the same complex. Great complex in general. Beautiful, quiet and immaculate. Gated community. Residents are all very friendly. As for this unit. It was perfect, clean, well appointed. Owner/host was great to communicate with. I would definitely stay in this unit again if available. Just a reminder that no linens are provided which is in description. Thankyou
