Only steps away from the beach for swimming, surfing, beautiful walks and sunsets and a stroll to Rosewood next door for all the resort offerings. 1 bedroom 1 bath In the bathroom closet there is a rollaway cot for additional sleeping. Living room and full kitchen as well as beautiful outdoor dining table/area There is one parking spot in the long driveway. Free street parking is also available. The entrance is at the end of the long driveway thru the white gate. Please don’t block anyone else in the driveway. I am always available all normal hours to discuss, suggest, recommend, fix, and/or make myself available for anything else that you my need during your vacation. This is a special place in an incredible location. We aim to make your stay comfortable and all that you dream it to be! Rosewood Miramar adjacent and a beautiful surf-side beach community. Close to incredible elegant and casual dining in Montecito Coast Village. Perfect for hiking trails and excellent bike riding. This is a historical beach compound with six wonderful villas sharing a large acre of tropical gardens steps away from the beach. Very similar to those white bungalows at the Rosewood Miramar resort next door. Due to the layout, it feels like you are on vacation the moment you step inside the gardens. That said you are sharing an acre with other beach homes and you may see or hear other guests as they come or go (similar to when you stay at the resort next door). The only actual “shared space” is a laundry room that is a separate out-house on its own in the side yard- Come stay in a spacious retreat setting for a fraction of a resort fee and enjoy the privacy, space and ability to spread out! *If your party is large or loud you can rent the WHOLE COMPOUND-or part of it so you can fully take advantage of the entire layout.
