Start your day off right with coffee on the balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and spectacular water views. After a full day of exploring the area attractions, lounging by the pool, and relaxing your muscles in the sauna, come home to gather on the sofa and stream your favorite movies and series on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to whip up anything from poolside snacks to full feasts. Eat meals or play games together at the dining table. Rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation adventure ahead. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and central AC.

Summer Getaway

Stayed for 5 days and it met our needs. The couch could use updating, but everything else was okay.

The condo was okay, it needs a deep cleaning as the walls have dust on them and the top of the fridge was dirty. The balcony view was great however the balcony furniture was worn out and very uncomfortable.The master bed was good. The guest shower had a constant leak that was annoying. The living room furniture was also worn out and very uncomfortable. The vertical blinds were missing slots which did not lend to any privacy.The location was wonderful and the view great.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for 4 nights with an ocean front view. Beds were comfortable, it was roomy enough for a family of 4 with a young teen and a school age child. The bunk beds were perfect for their size and the king was great for my husband and me. We could have a used a regular size skillet for breakfast but we made it work with the dishes there. The dishwasher, washer and dryer were useful during our stay. We enjoyed some time on the balcony, whether it was early morning or late evening. My little family enjoyed our time spent in this quaint condo. We spent much of our time on the beach and out and about so we did not get to use the pool, sauna or gym. We had a great stay!

Was very clean , beautiful views , excellent location . Only complaint is the kitchen was very poorly stocked as far as cookware. Bed was very comfortable, said satellite/ cable tv had to use our account and couldn't get local tv .

Nice

The place was just like in the pictures. Great place for couples. Spacious balcony, with a nice view of the beach. Loved that it had an indoor and outdoor pool, which wasn’t crowded at our time of stay. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

Gulf Shores Royal Palms

We had a great stay at Royal Palms 303. We arrived to a clean and well stocked rental. The kids especially loved the bunk beds! The view from the living room was spectacular. We had very easy access to the beach. Overall a great experience!

Balcony Failure

King bad was cozy. Kitchen was beautiful. Clean as far as all surfaces. Balcony furniture is old and tattered. Very disappointing. We get beach front because we enjoy balcony. Sad sad

I would rent this condo again!!!

I loved everything about this condo. It was clean, great views, steps from the beach, parking was close, great decor, loved having 2 bathrooms and an ice maker. They provided linen and travel products. The heated pool and hot tub was an enjoyed bonus. Thank you.

Bring your own dishes!

There were 3 bowls total in the kitchen. There is not enough dishes and glasses for 6 people. The sofa is old and stained. The outdoor furniture is covered with mildew stains. The outdoor table and chairs are rusted. The condo is outdated and is in need of repair. The outdoor pool chairs are stained. The pros are the condo was clean at check in and the washer/dryer are new.

The room was not nearly as clean as expected. Our feet were black from walking around the floors just the first day. The blinds were all broken off so we were unable to close them going out to the balcony. The listing also was advertised falsely. The listing showed a very cozy homey looking condo but when we arrived the photons did not truly match the condo. There were no rugs, throw pillows, the living room was missing an entire piece of furniture that was advertised as well as was the bedroom. The couch in the living room was very unclean as was the patio furniture. Location and communication with the property manager was wonderful. She was very nice and I belive this was a newer unit she had taken over so she wasnt aware of all the issues. It definitely needs to be fixed.

Great location!

The location was Great! But it needed some updates! The couch is worn out. The blinds were missing and broken. The garbage can in kitchen was very small. They really need a bigger one. We were only given 2 towels, for 2 people staying 5 nights. I had to use my beach towel, for my hair, when I washed it. There was a hole in the tub. It looked like someone tried to fix it, but there was still a small hole in the tub. There was also a weak spot in the tub, since there is a hole. But the location was Great!

The room was cute and clean,except for the stains on the couch but still, an upgrade from room 407. But as soon as i went to cook dinner there were no pots or skillets at all. I got ahold of vacasa and it took 24 hours for a robot to tell me that the room didn't come with any cookware. So when i said i wanted to lodge a complaint and talk to a person,they told me to wait. Eventually a woman stopped by with new pots and a skillet which was much appreciated. But when we tried to shut the blinds over half of them were missing,which made it impossibleto get any privacy. All the furniture was squeaky and uncomfortable, was pretty disappointed overall. But appreciated the response to my complaint

Great location

Loved the peaceful location and close walk to beach. Enjoyed watching dolphins and sunrise from balcony. Condo was very clean. Nice to have some sand toys in hall closet. Only disappointment was in the customer service response time from Vacasa. We had issue upon arrival with dishwasher door not closing. The customer service rep said that a local property manager would be in touch. It took a day and a half for us to receive a call back.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing beach getaway, but unfortunately the condo’s furniture made that almost impossible. The bed squeaked loudly with every move and was so uncomfortable that it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. The couch in the living room wasn’t any better — stiff and awkward to sit on, definitely not made for lounging after a day at the beach. Even the outdoor furniture was uncomfortable, which was disappointing because the balcony view was beautiful.People come to the beach to relax, and comfortable furniture should be the bare minimum — especially at these prices. Condos are not cheap, and for what we paid, we expected at least a decent place to rest and unwind. With some simple upgrades to the furniture, this place could be a great stay, but until then, it’s not one I’d recommend for anyone hoping to truly relax.
