Come for riverside fun, hiking, town festivals, tubing, kayaking, music concerts, and MORE in the summer, come see the STUNNING fall colors in the fall right from your bedroom window, or bring your skis or snowmobiles and enjoy the winter! Work-from-home-ers! Bring your set up and enjoy our FAST and FREE wifi for your use while you work on projects and take breaks to bask in the beauty of the Apple River! We are walking distance from MANY amazing local bars and restaurants as well as a great coffee shop, pizza and ice cream shop, and a great localy owned Thrift Store! Or venture into New Richmond for more things to do (more cafe's, restaurants, a winery, nail/hair salons, distillery, and many more!).

Welcome home!

**The space**
When you walk in, you will be greated by a large living room that has 1 large couch, an arm chair, and a smart TV. From there, you can either go through the living room to reach the garage door on the right, or venture into the breakfast nook area where you have full views of the river through our floor to ceiling widows and lofted wood panneling ceilings.
The kitchen and the main dining room are to the left as well as the door to the upper deck where you can find outdoor seating and a grill for your use during your stay. At night, venture out to one of our 3 outdoor spaces; the upper deck, the lower patio, or the dock over the water and watch the stars while having a bonfire at one of our 2 bonfire fits (on the lower patio or right by the water on the dock).

The kitchen has the following;
refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine (Complimentary tea, coffee, and creamer are ready for you during your stay), toaster, air fryer, wine/beer fridge, and various cooking materials. The kitchen comes fully stocked with knives, forks, spoons, knife set, dinner plates, small plates, cups, mugs, and wine glasses.

The bedrooms have the following:

Bedroom 1: A/C unit in room! 1 king bed (Sleeps 2), dresser, closet space, full views of the river, and 2 side tables.

Bedroom 2: A/C unit in room! 1 queen bed (sleeps 2), dresser, closet space, views of the river, 2 side tables with charging capabilities.

Bedroom 3: A/C Unit in room! 2 full beds (can sleep 4 or 2 comfortably), dresser, closet space, 1 side table, closet space.

Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds (twin size) (sleeps 4 or Sleeps 2 adults on the bottom bunk and 2 children on the top) ** PLEASE NOTE only children less than 150lbs should be sleeping on the top bunk of the twin bunk beds**

Sofa Bed in the basement: The smaller couch in the basement pulls out to be a queen sized bed and can sleep 2 or 1 comfortably.

The basement has 1 couch and 1 L-shaped sectional, a smart TV, and a wet bar with margarita glassess for your use as well as a margarita machine.

**Guest access**
We use a smart lock to allow guest to enter the home when they want to check in on or after 3pm on check in day. You will recieve a code the day of your reservation that will be your personal code to use during your stay at the Apple River Retreat.

*Other things to note*
This place is perfect for all seasons!
Snowmobilers - come park your snowmobile in our garage while you warm up inside after a day of fun.
Skiiers - come park your boots and skis in our gararge or front entry way and warm up inside the house while viewing the stunning views of the river between runs at Trollhaugen.

Summer- enjoy all the city as to offer during the summer months from tubing, kayaking (renting from JJ's outpost right down the road), the various festivals that happen every week in the town of Star Prairie, or the various walking trails that are in and around Star Praire and New Richmond.

Our town is less than 500 people and has so much to offer and so many fun things to do, so please be respecful of the community that is already here and be respecful of noise and pick up after yourself :)
