We enjoyed our weekend at Creekside! The weather was perfect, and even more delightful was the view out every window of the beautiful rhododendron. There was plenty of space for our group of six ladies. We loved the porch! It was so refreshing to listen to the bubbling creek and the morning bird song while we enjoyed a hot cup of tea together.

Another amazing Christmas in this wonderful house...and this time we had snow!

  • 5 of 5

House was clean and beds were comfy. Supplies like shampoo, hand soap, trash bags, etc. were available. Loved having washer & dryer. This was our 2nd Christmas at Creekside and we were thrilled to wake up to a covering of snow Christmas morning. Many games were played around the large dining room table and great conversations shared in the living room and Sun room. Loved the amazing views of the snow and creek from the Sun room. This is such a special house and we hope to return for another Christmas one day! Bev is awesome to work with too.

Beautiful home, tastefully decorated with lots of space and safe for the kiddos. Right beside a lovely creek, and near all of the restaurants and amenities of Ligonier. Hope to come back when the weather's warm!

A charming, cozy cottage!

  • 5 of 5

We loved the house and the grounds! So conveniently located to all the activity in Ligonier. The kitchen was a great size and so well stocked with all the right pans, dishes and cooking utensils. The porch was a morning retreat with sweet! During the month we were there, we used the air conditioners only two days; the fans were great! We enjoyed the swing and all the outdoor furniture as well as the fire pit. Perfect for a S'Mores night! Landscapers were there every week mowing and vacuuming up fallen leaves. We loved the house and hope to be back next year!!

Perfect time and place............

  • 5 of 5

We were blessed to return to this beautiful property after a three year absence. Once again it provided for all our needs and wants. It is beautifully maintained and the property manager and owner are very attentive to clients and all the amenities provided. What's not to love about Ligonier...recently voted in the top 10 of Kiplinger's 10 ten best places to retire?! I guess I did it backwards.....I spent the first 18years of my life here and now, thanks to Bev Watt and crew, , my family and I can come back and enjoy friends and family, relive old memories and create new ones. Our grandsons (ages 13, 10 and 7) absolutely LOVE the place. Never a dull moment, according to them. Pittsburgh is very accessible for day trips and the beauty and history of the area could keep one coming back for years in all seasons and there would still be new things to discover. Thank you for providing this beautiful property . We love it and it means so much on so many levels to be able to return.

By the way, all you foodies out there, Western PA has GREAT food for all palates. Don't miss the Pie Shoppe in Laughlintown.

Relaxing and cozy.

  • 5 of 5

Love the property! Kids enjoyed the creek, got a little fishing in, and enjoyed the house with all of its amenities. Comfy beds, plush towels, and little touches of home made this the nicest house we've rented yet. Beats out hotels any day of the year! We would absolutely stay here again in the summer, as it's so close to Idlewild. Thank you for a great stay!
