Quaint and cozy, this bright and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for couples, families, and groups of friends alike! Featuring a cozy queen bed, a convertible sofa bed, and a kitchenette stocked with the essentials, dining in or dining out is always an option!

We live just above the guest suite in a separated private unit, and are looking forward to hosting you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.

• Guest access
You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.

Your space is a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite complete with a convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware!), Desk, TV & much more!

• Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Please note this is a private lower level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
