I loved it, the property was clean, we were able to find the home with essentials at our reach like detergent, spices in the kitchen, and such. The host was easy to reach and the instructions were clear. We absolutely enjoyed every part of the property.

I already want to book this place for next year's tournament. So comfortable so spacious such an old school vibe. The hot tub was well needed for us old spinal columns after a full day of golf. So many bedrooms my goodness we could have brought 10 more people comfortably. What have you in the backyard and the sound of that Brook is pure Zen.

We had a wonderful stay! The house needs some updates and improvements (specifically the bathrooms), but it is large and comfortably accommodated our party of 18. It was equipped with everything we needed, including outdoor and indoor games. The large backyard and the creek (which turned into a full river when it rained!) were highlights of the stay.

Our large extended family had a wonderful time together (3 generations). Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the large yard, hot tub and beautiful brook. We were disappointed in the condition of the kitchen when we arrived. We had to thoroughly clean the refrigerator and oven before using them. We understand that cleanliness is a relative term and that our standards may be higher than those of others.

We loved our stay! Very comfortably fit 14 guests for our college reunion trip this summer. Excellent yard space and proximity to town. Highly recommend! The house is as advertised, with lots of space for a big group, a beautiful yard, a high-functioning hot tub, a spacious and well-stocked kitchen for meal prep, and a wonderful location that feels secluded but is just a five-minute walk to town. Bridget was a fantastic host, always quick to respond to questions and requests. Can't wait to return to the house on our next trip to Windham!

The house is very spacious and very well stocked with beds, sheets, towels, comforters, and even blow-up beds. I would definitely recommend this to others looking for a spacious setting.

Perfect for our needs. Our niece was getting married at a nearby park and we needed a large, comfortable home for family members to stay from both sides - the numerous bedrooms and baths were more than adequate for the 20 multi generation people in our group. The large kithcen and eatng areas made meals a breeze and the spansive deck and grounds were incredible. Also, can't say enough about our host's prompt responses to our inquiries prior to and during our stay!

Outstanding Home for large families or group

Beauriful home on a large landscaped property. Supe nice 2 level deck with hot tub! Fireplace and 9 bedrooms! Short walk to town where theres cute shops, excelkent brewery, and cozy pubs! Deli made amazing sub sandwiches! Def will be returning

Their deep connection with the countryside drew them to create a haven in the Catskills Mountains, offering an escape from the bustling city life.
