El apartamento Belvedere se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, a poca distancia del centro del pueblo, tiendas, restaurantes, Pescallo y ferries, pero aún en un sitio muy tranquilo. El jardín privado tiene vistas a Pescallo y al parque de la fundación Rockefeller con impresionantes vistas al lago. Todas las fotos de este listado han sido tomadas del jardín de la propiedad. El apartamento que se completó renovado en la primavera de 2014 tiene 3 habitaciones dobles (2 camas dobles y 1 cama king size) con aire acondicionado y 3 baños con ducha. En la planta baja hay sala de estar, cocina abierta, dormitorio principal con baño interior, dormitorio de invitados, baño de visitas. Lavandería, dormitorio king size y baño con ducha / bañera se encuentran en el sótano con entrada privada desde el jardín, donde diferentes áreas (mesa de comedor, sofás, chaise lounge) permiten relajarse y disfrutar de la vista al lago y la naturaleza. El apartamento Belvedere es un lugar ideal para parejas que desean tener un espacio de vida cómodo, así como para familias y grupos de amigos que disfrutarán de compartir áreas comunes con privacidad en habitaciones / baños privados. This place is absolutely perfect. Stunning views, quiet and away from crowds, yet an easy walk to restaurants and ferry. Yes, the walk and steps up to house are a workout, but I have very bad knees and did just fine. Kitchen is great for cooking meals. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Tons of communication and support from the contact person. You will love this place. Book it!

this location was excellent. the home had everything we needed and the views from the outside patio/yard were the best. Host was so friendly and the rental was everything we hoped it would be. We will stay here again next time we visit.

Great stay

We had a fabulous 4 nights…it was a steep walk to the property, but well worth it. The accomodation had loads of outdoor seating areas which you could then sit with a drink and admire the gorgeous view. We also loved on arrival that the glasses set up for the chilled bottle of Prosecco. Must also comment on how good the communication was with the agent - made the check in and any queries the agent very easy.

Wonderful View of Lake Como

The apartment was very comfortable and had a spectacular view of Lake Como. It is a short walk from the apartment to Belliago which has lots of restaurants and shops. In Belliago, you have access to the ferry which runs frequently and allows easy travel to other areas of the lake. It’s a steep climb from the street to the apartment, but the views are certainly worth the effort. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for 4 adults

This is an ideal setup, with 3 separate rooms and 3 private bathrooms, with unbelievable views over Bellagio. The decor is updated, and is stocked with basics. The host and owner were overly accommodating from day 1 of our booking, going above and beyond helping with arrangements and special requests. The only comment is that the description is very accurate about the steep drive and final set of stairs to the property - but how else would you have such a fine hilltop view!

Excellent location

Location is excellent. Just a short walk to town. View is to die for. Two nitpicky points: 1) One bedroom has a glass door opening onto the kitchen. Privacy is attained by pulling a curtain across inside the door. 2) There is only one plug in the kitchen to be shared between the toaster, kettle and coffee maker. I would stay there again.

wonderful escape in Italy

Great property with beautiful view. We were only there 3 nights and did not cook at all. The kitchen had glasses and plates but no basics to cook, not even salt or pepper, so we opted to eat out which was fine for us. Place was very comfortable with lots of room so after 2 weeks traveling in small hotel rooms we enjoyed the space. Short walk to town which was very east. Loved it!!

Beautiful Views

The accomodations, the rental experience and most importantly the views are amazing... truly breathtaking! The only consideration is the hill and steep steps that you have to climb to reach the property. Don't let it scare you -just pack light and prepare for a solid cardio workout going and coming... it's worth it!

The views were amazing and we spent a lot of time sitting outside and relaxing while looking out to the water and mountains.We were met by Carla's staff who showed us around and explained everything which was very helpful. She communicated with us throughout our stay and was very helpful. The unit itself was clean and well stocked.We did not know you had to walk outside to get to the bedroom unit downstairs. It was musty so no one stayed there. We were aware of the 52 stairs, but not aware of the two steep, long driveways from the main road to the stairs, which would not be an issue if you have a car. The walk into town was OK.All and all this was the best apartment we stayed in because of the awesome views. Carla and her staff communicated well, If you have the chance book a Bellagio Sailing. It was the best day we ever had. We LOVED our time on Lake Como with our skipper. Dn't miss that experience

View of Lake Como!

Our stay in Bellagio was amazing and we loved our stay at Carlo’s place! We enjoyed the location and the easy walk to the town center. We also enjoyed settling down on the patio to take in the breathtaking views of Lake Como! Probably one of the best views on the area! The check in process was easy and sailing with Bellagio Sailing was another highlight of our trip! We had 2 couples in the home and my wife and I had the main living area and my parents had the bottom level living area so there was plenty of room. We also had a private dinner on the patio our first night in Bellagio! I highly recommend Carlo’s property for your next stay in this beautiful area of Lake Como!

We thought the apartment and view were beautiful. If we had known, we would definitely have rented a car for trips to the grocery but outside of that the location was Good and all the people we met were wonderful. The pizza place below Fed us breakfast, lunch dinner and even sold us wine and Parmesan for the dinner we made at home! There was a lovely fruit and vegetable location there as well. The beds could have been more comfortable but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. The dinner at the Hotel Belvedere was fabulous. The steps up are difficult but you got accustomed to them.

Magical Views for Days!

We left our hearts in Bellagio, but mainly because of this magical apartment with panoramic views of Lake Como. With a private and scenic location, this cozy apartment offered comfort and tranquility throughout the day. We loved waking up to the sunrise while sipping our coffee in the terraced garden. After seeing and walking around Bellagio, we looked forward to watching the sunset on the terrace. The outdoor area offered a perfect space for family dinners and evening aperitifs and appetizers. It was located just 5 minutes from the center of Bellagio and walkable to a neighborhood grocery store. We highly recommend booking a private boat tour with Carla of Bellagio Sailing to see the stunning villas around Lake Como. We cannot wait to return soon.

Although we always do our best to make our guests' stay unforgettable, such nice review always excites us. This year we wanted to upgrade the garden and we are happy to read that the terrace garden has been exploited and appreciated already in March. In a few days we will also install an external solar shower to mitigate the heat of the hot summer days in the garden, and the mosquito net in the basement has already been installed. Thanks to the enthusiasm and passion we feel we always try to improve our homes, just as we want Bellagio Sailing to become THE experience not to be missed on Lake Como. Great clean condo in great location and incredible views

Carlo/Carla's condo is a great find. Located just above town with an incredible view of Lake Lecco, it's absolutely perfect for a stay in Bellagio. Yes there are steps to get to the unit itself, but ANYWHERE in the area is going to have stairs/steps, but so beyond worth it to get those gorgeous views. And you get used to them pretty fast and it helps to work off the amazing Italian food all around you. Carla was very helpful in our planning with great restaurant and other suggestions. Unfortunately for us, it rained most of our stay so we couldn't take the sailing trip we booked with Bellagio sailing but hope to be back to do so another time. I highly recommend this unit and hope to book again when we go back. Also, it's a quick walk to the center of town (less than 10 minutes) and there are a couple of restaurants right down the street from the condo that are fantastic as well. Overall clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Beautiful and Restful Time!

This is a great property to slow down, relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful locations in Italy. After a week of travel from California and time in a very hot Rome and Florence, Bellagio was a welcome respite. Getting there from Florence was a little tough. Had to take a train to Milan, switch to a regional train to Como and then car service to the property. There is a bus from Como to Bellagio but the host (Carla) advised that is long and can be uncomfortably hot. We were happy we listened to her! The less accessibleness of Bellagio is what made it a great place to relax. Not too crowded and beautiful views. The home is absolutely lovely. Very true to the pictures. Lots of room for five or six people. The terrace is amazing. It is close to the village and with in walking distance to the shops, restaurants and waterfront. Carla was a wonderful host and Mariza, the property manager, is a joy to work with. Overall , great experience. We will be back!!!

Jeff you are a real gentlemen and it has been a pleasure to host you. Always very prompt to reply and willing to accept our selfless advice! We really care about our guests holidays and are glad that you appreciated our suggestions. From this year we notice long lines at bus station and therefore from May to September bus transfers (hot) may not be the most comfortable way to reach Bellagio. Therefore we are glad to provide cost efficient alternatives. Ferries are a good solution if you arrives from Italian destination while the day of arrival from long flights may be too much for somebody. Thank you for taking care of our house, and for enjoying its position. When I saw you relaxing on the outdoor sofas it was like to see a friend. And thank you for your comments I am glad to work with a team that is appreciated so much....Marzia will be delighted!! Please come back

Wonderful apartment!

My friend and I just returned from a 24 night stay in Italy, with only one night not booked through VRBO. You can book with confidence on this site, and Apartment Belvedere is one of many fantastic properties. We really loved the bathrooms, which were recently renovated, large by Italian standards, and beautifully equipped. The bedroom AC units worked so well that we had to turn them off before going to sleep! Wi-fi was strong, which cannot be taken for granted. The two of us used the top floor, but the bottom bedroom is huge and has its own lovely bathroom, as well as the laundry room. There is plenty of space to spread out, but why would you stay indoors when the garden affords such spectacular views? There are several tables and chair sets, two lounge chairs, and an outdoor sofa arrangement that ensure you will have plenty of comfort and space to enjoy the scenery. We hope to return to Bellagio, which is itself a charming lakeside town, and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. One caution: the closest grocery store is a 15-minute walk. If you are carless, as we were, you will get your exercise getting your basic needs met. Send more than one person if you plan to purchase very many things! Otherwise, we could not have asked for a better apartment, location, or manager in Marzia. She was a delight and most helpful.

The property is small and efficient. The views are to die for. Close walk to town. Very clean . The directions to the property needs help. Don’t follow them. Dropping a pin would be helpful.

Amazing view!

The view from this property is unbeatable. We spent so much time on the terrace just gazing at the lake and mountains. The property is clean and a great value. The communication with the host was excellent. They even gave information about things to do in the area and we also booked a sailing boat through their service. 10/10!!

Perfect apartment in beautiful Bellagio

This home is absolutely wonderful with an even more spectacular view of the Lake. It is a retreat from the busy center yet close enough for a good walk. The owners were great to communicate! We would definitely come back here again.
