Una exclusiva villa de 150 metros cuadrados rodeada de un amplio jardín bien cuidado, ubicada en el famoso escenario mundial del lago de Como, a solo 600 m del antiguo centro medieval de Bellagio.

Privacidad, relax y tranquilidad absoluta a tiro de piedra de la zona comercial y del muelle

El apartamento forma parte de una villa adosada, donde cada lado es totalmente independiente del otro. Tiene un tamaño de 150 cm y se distribuye en dos niveles y tiene acceso directo a la planta baja desde el jardín. Aquí, el mobiliario de diseño exclusivo se funde con la decoración típica de la casa.

La planta baja consta de:
-amplio espacio abierto con sala de estar amueblada (sofá y sillones), SAT TV y SKY; mesa y sillas para 6;
cocina totalmente equipada con estufas, sartén, utensilios de cocina; hornos de microondas y gas, refrigerador y congelador, estufas y lavavajillas.
La planta baja también incluye:
-Dormitorio doble, con cama matrimonial doble y armario
baño amplio totalmente equipado con ducha y bañera

El primer piso comprende:
-amplio dormitorio doble con armario empotrado
-gran espacio abierto con dos camas individuales (que se pueden convertir en una cama doble normal), tocador, rincón de relajación con sofá (cama), terraza y vistas al lago

Our stay at this Villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we booked, the communication with our hosts, Luca and Mary, was absolutely exceptional. Luca went so far above and beyond that words barely do it justice — meeting us, helping with luggage, and making sure every detail of our stay was seamless. Truly some of the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure of working with.The Villa itself? Perfection. If we could give it 100 stars, we would. The photos on VRBO were stunning, but seeing it in person was even more extraordinary. The views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains took our breath away every single day.Every amenity in the Villa was carefully thought out. Luca and Mary have anticipated every need, big or small. We met our adult children there for five days of unforgettable memories: enjoying world-class food, boating on the lake, ferrying to charming villages, and easily walking down the hill to explore the villages of Bellagio and Pescallo. Mornings with breakfast on the terrace, and evenings sipping wine in the Villa's outdoor sitting area were some of our favorite moments - that view - wow.We have been fortunate to travel to many places, and Lake Como/Bellagio is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. This Villa was the absolute perfect way to experience it. We felt like honored locals. We are already dreaming of when we can return.Grazie mille, Luca and Mary, for creating a stay we will never forget!

Truly the best vacation rental we have ever had. Beautiful, immaculate, well stocked and close to everything but out of the madding crowd. Mary and Luca are the consummate hosts. The house is stock with the basics and the furnishings, beds and linens are top notch. Available but always discreet. Expect to find prosecco, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea, cookies, etc waiting for you. Kitchen is top notch and probably nicer than yours. Close to town with beautiful lake views but so quiet at night we slept with the windows open. These last features don’t sound exciting until you get there, but trust me you will appreciate the private, gated parking and the washer and dryer.Best ever.

What a gorgeous, well appointed, spotless villa to experience the beauty of bellagio!! Luca was exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful trip for our group of 6 friends. It is a 10min walk to town with significant hills but thoroughly enjoyable!

Our stay at this lovely home was fantastic! Mary and Luca thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked. They left us treats like Prosecco, cookies, coffee, tea, and water. It was immaculately clean! And Luca was a delight to talk to and very helpful! We highly recommend this location. Quite possibly the best vacation rental we have ever experienced! And we have stayed in them all over the world. And wait until you see the fantastic view!

Close to town center yet quiet and relaxing

We loved our stay at the villa in Lake Como. It is located in a quiet residential section with great views of the lake. It is easy walking distance (under 10 minutes) from the heart of Bellagio center. Parking on site and close to the house. The villa is very well stocked: wonderful kitchen with everything you need to cook at home; comfortable beds and seating areas; wonderful outdoor patio with shade cover overlooking the lake; outdoor grill; washer and dryer to avoid overpacking issues.The owner, Luca, is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Gave us great info on things to do and see. Provides coffee, breakfast fruits, jams, crackers on arrival.Overall an excellent place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Bellagio.

Immaculate and Convenient

Our accommodations at Villa dei Fiori in Bellagio could not have been better. Our hosts Lucca & Mary communicated with us regularly and were there for anything we needed. We were a party of 5 adults and had all the space we needed. I have never stayed at a place so pristine, clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable and linens crisp and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with a startup supply of milk, coffee, bottled water toast, jams and paper products for the kitchen and baths.The views from the patio and balcony of the lake were outstanding! Villa dei Fiori is about a 10-15 walk to the center of town. Thank you Lucca & Mary for making our time in Bellagio memorable. (One word of caution for those with mobility issues: The entrance is what we call in the USA a split entry with about 7 stairs down to the living area and 1 bedroom & bath and about 7 stairs up to the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. One of the upstairs bedroom is huge but no door for privacy. That was not a problem for us, though.)

Bellagio Stay

Very clean and up to date. Luca, our host, took care of every need and provided any information we requested in a timely manner. He is at the top of his game when it comes to taking care of you. He even provided us a drive into town for my aged mother due to no taxis being available and allowed us to store luggage prior to leaving town. I highly recommend this property for location, view and assistance. Top Class!

Stayed with 2 other couples. Plenty of space, amazing property manager. Quick walk to Bellagio and even closer to Pescallo. The grounds and the view were incredible.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this property is. Perfect location, gorgeous grounds and really beautiful, modern,very comfortable space. Easy walk into the center of Bellagio, but just far enough from all the crowds. Luca was a perfect host and we loved absolutely everything about our stay. Can’t wait to return!!!

Beautiful Villa in an Amazing Location

We stayed here with friends in May and had a wonderful time. Luca and Mary were excellent hosts and very responsive to any needs we had. The location on Bellagio is excellent and within walking distance to two different markets and the town center.

Amazing place in Bellegio!

This property is amazing! Much larger and better in person than the pics. Beautiful views of Lake Como, modern style with comfortable features. Really well done and you have everything you need for a beautiful, relaxing stay in Bellagio. Quiet, peaceful and just lovely. Luca and Mary were super responsive and amazing hosts!

The Best

We loved everything about our stay at the beautful Villa dei Fiori! We have stayed in many VRBO's and in many hotels in Italy...this was by far the best. The location and the Villa were simply perfect and elegant and Luca was the most gracious host who has thought of everything. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Amazing accommodations

Beautiful property overlooking Lake Como. very responsive host ! Personal check in with Luca with an introduction to the surrounding area. The Villa had everything we needed plus fruit, water, breakfast supplies, laundry detergent etc. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms updated. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the lake. There is 8 to 10 minute walk to the City Center of Bellagio. We hope to return someday and stay again in this lovely villa. Thanks Luca for everything!

Perfection in Bellagio

Our family of five loved everything about our stay at Villa dei Fiori. From the greeting upon arrival by Luca (as well as fresh fruit and Prosecco!), to the helpful offer to drive our bags down to the ferry on the day of our departure, we all felt cared for during our stay. Bellagio is a magical, but crowded place. The villa provided us with the perfect balance to enjoy the magic and have a little separation from the crowds. It is located about a ten minute walk from town and looks over a most peaceful area of the water (you won't be watching the ferry boats from here!) It is quiet for Bellagio but close to everything. We liked being able to walk to a true grocery store (15 minutes) and a pizza/sandwich etc. store (5 minutes) without navigating the crowds. You are five minute walk from a small beach area to go swim, there is also a dock in this area that sailing and motor boat tours can leave from and our charter boat was happy to pick us up from this location. The Villa itself was very well appointed and had all that we needed. We had plenty of space for the five of us with two bedrooms with doors, a large upstairs living area that served as a third bedroom, two bathrooms, and a nice kitchen/dining/living room on the bottom floor. We also had access to a laundry machine which was appreciated. This villa is 1/2 of a beautiful home and there are tenants in the other 1/2. It was quiet as anything, ample outdoor space, beautiful place would go back if ever I am so lucky!

Amazing villa

This property is beautiful and so convenient! We loved our stay and appreciated small touches like the stocked kitchen, quick response times when we had questions, and letting us drop our bags before the house was ready for check in. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!
