the cabin was wonderful - it was just what my family needed. It was clean - well appointed - and that trail off the driveway was so convenient - we would absolutely stay again.
Super responsive host. Cozy cabin in great condition. Perfect size for a couple and furry friends. Super quiet neighborhood. Cabin is well appointed and in a good central location.
Such a beautiful log home, inside and out. The location is perfect for all of the nearby attractions. The Adirondack chairs and the beautiful mountain view were the perfect spot to toast the end of a great New England vacation. Thank you

Thanks so much for choosing Bear Cub Lodge! We love being able to be a part of memories made while enjoying this beautiful state. Come see us again!
First time staying in Starks Maine! This is a beautiful little cabin in the woods. Beds were super comfortable, cabin is spotless, and hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We were in town for a wedding and this place accommodated our family of 6 very well.

Thanks so much for being amazing guests! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay! Come see us again!
Our visit was excellent. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and they have thought of everything you could possibly need or want for your stay. Warm, cozy and private but still close enough to excellent restaurants. I would highly recommend and plan to return myself for a longer stay.
We absolutely loved Bear Cub Lodge. It was exactly as described. Everything was wonderful. A great ‘feel’ - comfort/ serenity. Communication was very clear. We had no issues. Hopefully Joe will welcome us again in the future!

Amazing guests! Please check in with us anytime you are coming to our area! ❤️
My husband and I can't say enough how wonderful our stay was at Bear Cub Lodge. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and cozy. The owners thought of everything to make our vacation home away from home.

Alyssa and guest were amazing to host. They left the cabin in beautiful shape. We are so thankful for guests like them! We would highly recommend them to any other hosts. Thanks for choosing to stay at Bear Cub Lodge and we are so happy that you had such a lovely visit.
We enjoyed our stay here so much we have stayed here twice. The hosts have thought of everything down to bags of snacks and a dog bed for our pet. Planning on third trip !
We had booked the week to attend my best friends wedding. This location is adorable and the home is a brand new log cabin. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay and then some. 20 minutes from anything we may have needed. 20 minutes from the venue. Approximately 2 hours from bigger cities which we ventured out to. We plan to come back again to see how it is in the winter. It would be a great place to get snowed in!
My wife and I celebrated her 50th birthday with a trip to this lovely, spacious and well appointed cabin. Everything about the cabin was perfect and we really appreciated the detail and thought that the owners put into this cabin. There was some necessity’s left for us which was very thoughtful. The instructions and overall layout for the property was perfect. Although we stayed in the winter to do some fatbiking. We could tell there was a slew of gravel roads and lakes in the area. We are looking forward to heading up in the summer months. Great place to stay, very private location, added to a very nice weekend. Even though we went somewhere nearby to go fatbiking, you could literally snowmobile, fatbike, gravel ride, all right outside your door!
Great space, looking forward to doing it again.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review of our property! We are so glad you enjoyed yourselves for your wife’s 50th birthday and we look forward to having you back again!! Wonderful guests!
It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The atv/snowmobile trials are right there and make for an easy enjoyable walk through the woods. The card games/board games and snacks were alot of fun and a nice touch. Thank you for an excellent family weekend.
