Outside patio connected to a gourmet kitchen and a very elegant pool. The house is in a gated community with transfer service from/to the lord beach and the "Praia do Forte Vila". If you are looking into working remotely, all rooms have desk and chair. The house is sustainable, with solar power generation, solar heating and a water well for irrigation.
