Burkeside 116 is ideally situated for those looking to enjoy a winter ski vacation at Burke Mountain's alpine and Nordic centers, biking adventures on the world-famous Kingdom Trails and Burke Mountain Bike Park, or a broader exploration of Vermont's scenic Northeast Kingdom. Burkeside 116 is steps away from the Sherburne Base Lodge, home of the Tamarack Grill restaurant and bar, as well as the Sherburne high-speed quad lift. Park your car upon arrival and leave it till it's time to go home, while you enjoy all the mountain has to offer. In spring, summer, and fall, hop on your bike and have direct access to the Kingdom Trails network and the new Burke Mountain Bike Park.

Our condo features three levels, a spacious family room with a 42" HDTV, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, locking storage for bikes or skis, three bathrooms (one full, one 3/4 bath, one 1/2 bath), a basement level bedroom perfect for kids (XBOX 360, flat-screen HDTV), and a private deck.

Burkeside 116 is comfortably furnished for a large family or 2-3 couples looking for a Vermont getaway. We look forward to offering you a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

Bike trip

My son and I really enjoyed our weekend and staying here. The location was perfect to the trails. The owners were very responsive and the place was very clean. We definitely will be coming back with the whole family!

Great stay

My mother had a wonderful time at this rental and recommended we return for future family gatherings. Her one complaint was she wished there was better quality toilet paper in the unit, which is nothing close to a deal breaker imo!

Convenient location

We had a weeding at Burke Mountain so David and Erica's place was perfectly located for us. :) My family and I had a wonderful stay.

Great location for MTB lovers

Cozy and great place for group stay right on the mountain side and 5 min to East Burke/Kingdom trail bike trails which made the stay and experience even better than expected. Excellent and fast communication/reply from property owner. We will rent place again in the near future.

Great location, comfortable townhome, nice deck.

Great location for folks who wish to ski, hike or mountain bike on or near Burke Mountain. The hosts were prompt in responding to my random questions. The townhome has that fabulous 80s feel to it, was very clean, and the beds were especially comfortable. I will definitely like to stay again when we're in the area.

Ski weekend with family

Wonderful condo located so close to the lift, great place for us to spend time with our kids and grandkids. Very well maintained, great to have 2 1/2 bathrooms.

This place pleased my whole family...and that’s hard to do!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our week long vacation that included the Eastern States Cup enduro race at Burke Mountain. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. Owners were more than accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. Did I mention how clean the condo was? Steps from the lifts and super close to Kingdom trails. We’ll be back for sure.

Very nice condo with easy access to ski area. We came up for the Rasputitsa bike race and really enjoyed our stay. Condo was well maintenaned and clean. It was in a great location, I highly recommend the unit!

Clean, spacious and great location!

Went up to Burke to mtn bike, overall it was sick. We had 6 guys stay here, the place has a great layout. Plenty of beds, nice back porch, great location. The place was nice... but not too nice where you feel your going to mess something up. Seems like perfect crash pad for skiing and biking. I highly recommend.

Great place for Mountain Biking Weekend

We stayed here in early July for a guys Mountain Bike Trip. The place was the perfect size, clean with a nice deck off the back. Whether you are staying to ski or mountain bike the trails for either are right outside the door. We would absolutely use this place again.

Great condo!

We rented in July for biking trip to Kingdom Trails and it worked out great. You can bike to KT or to the DH park at Burke. Condo very clean and everything worked.

Great visit to Burke!

We had a wonderful experience. The owners were terrific. The unit was very equipped with everything in working order. You can't beat the location. We were a little worried about noise from other units but ended up not hearing anything at all. We had a great stay and plan to go back again soon!

Burke holidays

David and Erica are wonderful hosts, very responsive and caring for their guests. We remained in touch throughout our stay, and they were really helpful. The apartment is located at the bottom of the mountain, literally 30 steps from the Sherburne Express lift and lodge. Despite very cold weather, it was warm inside, and we had no problem accommodating our party of 4 adults and 4 teenagers.

A great stay

The condo was clean and renovated. The beds were very comfortable. The condo had all the neccessities and is really well situated for some mountain biking. I recommend this stay!

Another fabulous stay

It was our third time staying in one of this family's condos at Burke. It is a superb accomodation for numerous reasons including: It is very clean and well equipped (plenty of sheets, towels, kitchen gear, etc); It is about 100 meters from the chair lift; and the owners could not make things easier or clearer with check in, check out, and being quickly responsive to any questions. We had an added bonus that our friends rented their other condo four doors away and that made for great fun with our two families being so close in proximity while having our own space.

Men's mountain bike weekend!

For the second year in a row our group of 5 adult men had a wonderful stay the the condo. David (the owner) was very responsive and accommodating and the condo was a perfect launching point for all of our activities. The unit is clean and well furnished with towels and linens provided. It gave us immediate access to the trails and was walking distance to the Tamarack Grill at the Burke base lodge and a short drive to the center of town. Highly recommended! Thank you again for a great Vermont mountain bike weekend!

Great Place!

I had my wedding at Burke and rented this Condo. It was the perfect size with more than enough room! Had everything that we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Plus it was right on the mountain and walking distance to the lodge!

Great clean rental

Everything was great, good communication with owner. The owner let us stay for a late check out. It was very nice to pick up our stuff after the bike ride before returning home; we will rent this unit again..
