Cozy guest cabin with one queen bedroom, loft area with 4 twin beds *access by ladder, not suitable for young children*. Also has a sofa bed in living area.

5 mins drive to Burke Mountain; direct access to kingdom trails and VAST snowmobiles on the property. Hiking and snow shoeing right from the doorstep. Secure storage for bikes, snow mobiles and other outdoor equipment.

Only 2 mins drive to the village of East Burke, and opposite DND stables for guided trail riding.

Passumpsic river runs through the property, easy access through walking trails. Small sledding hill on the property.

Can also be rented with the Main House, please enquire.

Great stay in a wonderful location!The cabin’s layout easily accommodates six people and feels spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean, with high-quality linens and updated features throughout. The bathroom is new and spotless, which we really appreciated. The yard is lovely and added to the overall experience, and it was a nice touch to have tea and coffee provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable abode with plenty of space for our family of four! The kids loved the loft, spiral stairs, and novelty lights. We loved the amenities for cooking, watching some television and getting off to our ski day quickly and easily! I would definitely recommend to a family.

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and the location right on the VAST trail is a big plus. We weren’t able to access the trail directly during our stay, but the host was very receptive to the issue and said they would keep it in mind. With such a snowy year, it’s likely the conditions created a situation they hadn’t encountered before.Overall, the hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again during snowmobile season.

Thank you for the kind review — we’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. The VAST trail runs directly across our field from the driveway, and riders normally access it by riding straight out over the natural snow. In over six years of hosting snowmobilers we haven’t previously had anyone unable to access the trail, so this season’s unusually deep snowfall may have created a temporary snow berm from plowing that made the transition more difficult than usual. We appreciate you mentioning it, and in heavy snow years we can easily have our plow contractor smooth that edge. Thanks again for staying with us — we’d be happy to host you again anytime you’re back in Burke.

Property was immaculate and very well outfitted. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Despite the frigid temps while we were there the unit was always comfortable. Had a great stay.

Great private location for Kingdom Trails

Check in/out was seamless, great information and communication. Location is perfect for access to trails and we loved the fire pit. Bike storage, hose to wash off the mud was quite useful.

Wonderful place near town, Burke Mountain, and Kingdom Trails

Checking in was very easy, the place was very clean, and the hosts were super friendly but not at all intrusive. This was a great place for our family (2 adults + 2 kids). The kids really loved the loft. It's a super easy ride into town to the bike trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot between town and moose haven trails

Good spot for a family, cozy with a nice bedroom and loft. Internet was the only complaint, spotty coverage.

Great place with a great host!

The house is lovely and very comfortable! Sara was very communicative and helpful. Our trip was a little waylaid because of Tropical Storm Debby, but Sara was truly wonderful, helping us rearrange our plans and still have a lovely trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary weekend

We celebrated our anniversary with our adult children and had a wonderful time. This is our second time staying at the guest cottage and we just love it. It's cozy and comfortable with everything you need. Close to Kingdom Trails which is why we chose it. The owners Sara and Scott are great hosts and always respond quickly. We look forward to staying there again!

Sarah and Scott's Place

The cabin was Ideally situated 10 minutes from Burke Mountain Ski Area but private and peaceful. The Cabin was perfect for 3 teenagers and one adult. It was warm and cozy even when temperatures outside were single numbers. The kitchen and dining areas were nicely laid out with plenty of room and excellent gear.

Voyage de vélo de montagne en famille

Petit chalet, bien équipé, avec accès direct à une piste de vélo niveau intermédiaire. Endroit calme et parfait pour une famille. Bien situé près du village. Les propriétaires étaient facilement joignables si nécessaire. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. We loved our stay. The cabin was clean and well equiped. It's the perfect spot for a family. The owners were easy to reach if needed. I will recommend the place to our friends.

Great Burke visit

Guest house was nice and clean and we enjoyed the trails directly from the house. Fire pit is excellent with plenty of available wood. The main house was not occupied, which was a bonus. Host was helpful and responsive.

wonderful space in fantastic location

everything my daughter and i needed was right there at the rental property, and the location (we were in town a week, riding mountain bikes) simply can't be beat. the property owners were extremely attentive, responsive, and kind. would absolutely stay again, and plan to!

Vermont Bicycle Getaway

Cozy Cabin just a few miles out of town ,perfect for bicycle getaway . Owners couldn't be nicer and generous , flexible check in/out times allowed me to extend my stay and enjoy more cycling and beer !
