This host is super sweet. We had a small issue when we arrived, but she took care of it right away. The house was nice, area was nice. I would certainly stay there again. The only negative thing I have about the entire house is the beds aren't very comfortable, but other than that, it was great!

Listing description lied and poor communication from host

The description of the listing stated a roomy 3 bedroom house. Tirns out its a duplex that is a 3 bedroom but not very spacious. Upon arriving i noticed the supposed house was a duplex then ipon entering 2 of the 3 bedrooms has locks. I tried to reach the host multiple times without succes. I then tried to contact VRBO customer support and they failed to get in contact with the host. I was told i would be given a call back in 4 to 5hrs but it never came. I was forced to sleep on the couch so my child could sleep on the bed. After waking up in pain and annoyed i checked my emails and the hpst replied at 1:40a.m. with the codes to open the other rooms. This was my first time tryong VRBO and possibly my last due to the absolute mess and lack of follow up also the allowance of misleading descriptions of the stays.
