The main floor features a stunning living room with a fireplace and 65-inch flat screen smart TV, formal dining room, a fully stocked modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and two bathrooms. The oversized master bedroom has a memory foam king bed, walk in closet and an ensuite master bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds and the third bedroom features a memory foam queen-sized bed.

The spacious lower level features a separate entertainment area with a 65-inch flat screen smart TV, fireplace, air hockey table and board games for the entire family. There are two full-sized sofa beds with ample room to sleep. The gorgeous entertainment space (which can be utilized as the 5th bedroom as advertised in the listing) also includes a dedicated workspace with a computer monitor (perfect for individuals who need to work remotely). The basement level also features a separate, master bedroom with a memory foam king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The basement level can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests plus a baby.

A queen-sized air mattress and twin rollaway bed is available upon request for additional sleeping accommodations. Extra pillows, linens, comforters and towels will be provided for the air mattress and sofa beds on a per request basis.

SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes key details like check-in/out times, house rules, and other important stay information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to make a reservation, guests must be 22 years of age or older.

You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully.

There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund.

▸ Check-in time is 4pm-11pm
▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 9pm-8am.
▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500.
▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of
$500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected.
▸ No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than stated in your reservation).

EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN REQUESTS
Requests for early check-ins and later check-outs are subject to booking calendar availability

For earlier check-in and later check-outs within 1 hour, it is complimentary

For earlier check-ins and later check-outs within 3+ hours, a $50 cleaning service fee will be automatically charged.

Please note that while we do our very best to assist with accommodating requests for earlier check-ins and later check-outs, this is not always available due to back to back same day reservation bookings and all requests are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding!

PETS
We welcome our furry friends! We have a $100 pet fee per pet (maximum 2 pets per stay) to cover additional cleaning that is required after a pet stays with us. We also ask that you please keep pets off of our beds and couches/chairs. Pets must also be crated when left alone at home.

FIREPLACE
If gas fireplace remote is lost or damaged, guest will be assessed a fee of $300 fine per lost/damaged remote so that we can order a replacement.

✹ GRILL: We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement.
