Great House!

We had a great stay at this rental! It was very close to the beach and the walk was easy. Our group enjoyed the pickleball courts and pool. It had everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again!

Family Perfect

This was the best house for our family. The beach and the pool are just a short walk away from the house. We loved the convenience of it all. The house was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Port St Joe Vacay

Had a wonderful day one with family at this home in Port St Joe. It was a beautiful house that suited our needs perfectly. Lots of space for spreading out. Great location steps to the beach and a pool area. We didn’t check out the pickle ball court but they looked great as well. This home was well equipped for cooking, had lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for beach use as well as a nice cart to take things down to the beach. Just bring your family and swimsuits for a wonderful time. I would recommend this rental 100%.

Awesome house & even better location.

Home was just as listed, check-in and check-out processes were easy and simple. Great location close to boardwalk. This was our 2nd time staying in this housing community & 1st time staying at this house. The community pool and pickleball courts are great to have as options for activities & we’re already talking about staying at this house again for the next family trip to Cape San Blas!

Great place!

We had a wonderful week at Seashore villa! We had 2 families of 5 stay here and we all fit comfortably. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and the pool/pickleball area. We drove to the state park a couple times as well and that was a very easy commute. Everything in the house seemed clean and well taken care of. We would definitely choose Seashore Villa again if we came back to the cape.

Great house, great location!

My family of four and my brother-in-law’s family of four stayed together in this wonderfully located home. The space was perfect for our two families (we loved that it had two master bedrooms!). If we needed anything, the host and the owner were very responsive and accommodating. You can’t beat the location! Just steps from the boardwalk to the beach, and the community pickle ball courts and pool provided additional entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the same place again if we come back!

The house is beautiful and decorated beautifully. The beds were so comfortable, which is a huge deal for me. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The appliances are nice. What would make it better??? *More towels (we had one each for the week)*Full size washer and dryer (with 6 adults and 5 children it is necessary)*New grill (the one there is rusted out)Rugs (there were no rugs in the living areas and I fought the sand all week) Even with these things, we had a great week. It is beautiful. The location is great too. Chris is great too.

Perfect for Beach and Bay Fun!

The house is in a great location, was super clean and had tons of space! The kitchen was amazing, bedrooms are spacious and tons of bathrooms! Perfect location to spend days on the beach and time in St Joe Bay. We rented Pontoon boats 2 days in the Bay for some fishing and cruising (we saw 3 Manta Rays in the Bay and tons of Sea Turtles!!!) and it was a short drive for some incredible fun! We loved how much beach there is at this part of the Cape. There are other areas along the Cape where the water comes up so close to the houses. We will definitely stay here again next year if it is not already booked up.
