Beach Front! Magical Stay on the Water! Two king beds, Book Summer Dates Now!

Welcome to your perfect beach vacation! This 3 level townhome gets you as close to the water as possible. You'll be sure to get your steps in as there are 2 sets of stairs to access the different levels. The main level features a large screened in porch with swing and dining area. There's plenty of space for the whole family to relax in the living room which has a 65" Samsung smart tv and a queen sized, memory foam sleeper sofa to use if needed.

The dining area has a table with seating for 8, and an additional 4 barstools at the counter. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided coffee maker that makes a full pot or single cup. The kitchen is well equipped and includes appliances such as an ice maker, toaster, blender, water kettle and extra large griddle. A washer/dryer and 1/2 bath are also included on the main level.

Upstairs on the 3rd level are 3 bedrooms.

MASTER: King sized bed, large closet with dresser, private full bathroom with walk in shower, 43" Samsung smart TV, private gulf-view sundeck with seating

BAYSIDE: King sized bed, large closet with dresser, 40" Samsung smart TV, small deck with chairs overlooking the bay (perfect to view the sunrise)

BUNK ROOM: Twin over Full futon bunk bed, 32" Smart TV with retro Atari game system and unique full-sized Pac-Man Arcade game.

There is a full bath in the hall that is shared by the secondary bedrooms.

On the breezy first level of this property is a large shaded deck perfect for enjoying views of the gulf. Located here you'll find a picnic table, outdoor shower and a gas grill.

Because of how close you are to the gulf, there is not beach access directly out front. You can access the beach on either side of complex. The beaches all along Cape San Blas are public property so you don't have to worry about setting up for the day in someone else's property. The entire beach is your playground!

Great condo right on the Gull! Had everything we needed including coffee and counter top ice maker. Furnishings and bed were very comfortable and amenities exceeded our expectations. Jill was great to with. Mentioned that love bugs were visiting us on the upper deck and the next day they didn't come back.

Spring break getaway

Beautiful with stunning views! The location is perfect and I got to watch the sunrise from one bedroom and the sunset from another each day. Fabulous hosts that thought of everything we could have needed.

Loved being able to listen to the waves! Made for such a calm and relaxing experience. You actually felt like you were on your cruise ship balcony because the Gulf of Mexico was so close by. Very soothing!The area was very peaceful and quiet. Probably a bit busier in the peak summer time.

We loved our stay! We loved how close we were to the beach. We can’t go on enough about how amazing it is that it is not crowded in the area! The condo We had a mishap with the washer/dryer while we were there and the host went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.

Our family had a great trip to Cape San Blas! The townhouse was wonderful! It was very clean and stocked with everything we could possible need even beach towels and beach chairs! The owners were very prompt answering any questions we had. We definitely recommend and would stay again!

Lovely property that is not just beachfront. It really seems as if it is part of the Ocean. Very clean and well stocked. Pac-Man game is a nice touch. Be sure to check out Weber’s for great donuts!

Cape San Blas

This was the first time I had visited this area. The area was very charming with it’s unique shops. The view was spectacular and it wasn’t crowded like other areas I have stayed in Florida.

Winter Break Escape

The property was just as described. It was perfect for our family of 3 plus the dog but could easily accommodate 2 couples with young children. The bunk room/game room was so fun. Cannot beat the location.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Shhhh. Don’t tell

Feels like we found a secret hideaway. We loved the place on the Cape and the “crowd less” beaches. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing on the Cape was an ice cream store with homemade ice cream! Definitely a treasure!
