Review of Property # 3812590ha
This was our third stay at the Grand Venetian. We love the complex—great pools & restaurant!
This specific condo unit, however, was disappointing. (We have rented numerous condo units from VRBO throughout the past 20 years.)
The following items were problems:
-entry pad to front door did not work (six of us had to share 2 keys)
-ice maker did not work and the ice cube trays were old and flimsy
-no basics in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper
-2 tvs in bedrooms did not work
-had to replace batteries in remotes in order to get air conditioning units to work
-no wash cloths and very few hand towels
The two largest concerns caused the six of us many sleepless nights—every single night there was pounding music coming from a dance club behind Tower 1 and every single night the smell of smoke coming from somewhere near Tower 1.
To top it all off the owner charged us to clean the white, cotton slipcovers on the sectional and dining room chairs.
Luis, the property manager was very nice but his English was not very good so it was difficult to communicate with him. We, therefore, overlooked these issues and avoided discussing them.
We realize you probably will not publish this negative review but we feel other potential renters need to be made aware of these problems.
