Frente a la playa magnífica Grand Venetian 'junior Penthouse'w / bañera de hidromasaje

Casa Donita está diseñado y decorado con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños profesionalmente. Este hermoso condominio capacidad para 10 personas en camas. Estamos en la esquina de la planta 24 de la Torre 2000 Grand Venetian, justo en una enorme playa entre el Sunscape Hotel y el Pitillal River. Las vistas desde los balcones en los tres lados de la unidad son increíbles. El punto de la playa más ancha está justo en frente de nuestra casa y que se extiende por lo menos una milla en cada dirección, lo que permite un montón de espacio para jugar, relajarse o ir para grandes paseos por la arena.

Hay 3525 pies cuadrados de espacio de vida y descansar. Camas king size en las dos habitaciones master (salas de rojo y naranja), dos camas individuales en el dormitorio azul, dos camas dobles en el dormitorio verde. El complejo cuenta con 5 piscinas Infinity, (por lo menos 2 de ellas climatizadas) moderno gimnasio, sala de juegos, juegos para niños tierra y su propio restaurante. Grand Venetian es un complejo segura y cerrada con personal de seguridad patrullando día y noche.

El condominio es de cinco a diez minutos del aeropuerto y el centro. Un nuevo centro comercial (Isla) con cine está al lado. Hay completos tiendas mega-supermercado cinco minutos a pie de cualquier manera y ambos Costco y Walmart son un paseo más largo (15 minutos) o en coche rápido. Hay muchos restaurantes, teatros, clubes y tiendas a poca distancia. Los taxis y autobuses están disponibles desde la parte delantera del edificio. Nos enfrentamos directamente en la Bahía de Banderas y ver el crucero barcos flotan en el puerto, así como los delfines y el juego ocasionalmente ballenas.

Perfect Large Family Stay

We stayed as a family of 10 including 2 toddlers and had an amazing stay. The space is very large and perfect for providing privacy when needed or areas to spend time together. The best

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta more than twenty times and stayed in multiple resorts— this one was a favorite. The condo was great with amazing views. People were friendly at the pool area. The communications with Carolyn and the check-in process were smooth. We would definitely come back. PSA- if using ATMs for cash, the ones at La Isla shopping center next to the resort have crazy service fees (currently 174 pesos). There are much more reasonable ones nearby. The convenience store in front of Villa de Palmar (just south of the resort) was only 30 pesos.

Spectacular Condo!

Spectacular condo at the Grand Venetian, at the north end of the Hotel Zone. Tower 2000, which is closest to the beach. Gorgeous north and south views of the bay from the large front balcony, and mountain views from the two smaller bedroom balconies. Very spacious and plenty of room for our party of eight. Kitchen was fully stocked, and furniture and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the five pools and beach access. Short walk to a grocery store, la Isla Mall, and the bus stop to El Centro. Highly recommend staying here.

Cleanliness was good, need to move furniture and get underneath. The unit itself was roomy for the 8 of us that stayed at the unit. We stayed during easter week, which was really busy and there is a place nearby that would play very loud music all afternoon thru the early evening. the music lofted up to the unit and was a bit annoying as it was like club music. The unit itself could use some freshening up, new paint, repair wood trim damaged from humidity. Well stocked unit and had laundry soap we could use. The air conditioner in the main bedroom did not work and was not repaired during our 10-day stay due to a part that was difficult to get. The fan in the main room did not work as well, however, a strong afternoon breeze kept us cool. Enrique was very responsive and tried to get things repaired as soon as we told him of the issues. Typical of Mexico, very firm beds, which I love but not everyone in the party did.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful property. The views were breathtaking in each room! The check in was easy. Enrique was there to greet us at arrival and we were able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. He gave us a tour and showed us everything we needed to know about. He was extremely helpful the entire trip and got us anything we needed. The kitchen was set up with everything needed. The infinite pools and hot tubs were wonderful. We loved the pool bar and delicious restaurant at the property. The wait staff was very attentive! My family of 9 enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back.

Top quality- would love to stay again

This was our 6th stay at the Grand Venetian but the 1st time in this Condo. While all 6 stays were wonderful and made the GV an easy destination to return to, this was the best yet. The PV-based Property Manager (Marcos) was awesome, as was the Wifi, TV's, the top notch quality of the beds & sheets & towels, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Marcos was waiting for us in the lobby when we arrived as planned, but the Gatehouse Security people couldn't find the paperwork and wouldn't let us in. I called Marcos and he immediately corrected the problem. I recommend having a working phone so you can text/call your Property Manager from the Gatehouse, as this Gatehouse delay has happened to us before. We also used and enjoyed the on-site restaurant & pool-side service more than ever this year. The food has always been good, and keeps getting better, and the prices remain very reasonable. We look forward to returning to this Condo in future years.

The Best Vacay Ever!!!

First time staying at the Grand Venetian. We were a group of 7 friends who just wanted to enjoy the sunshine and time away from the cold in Canada. Amazing!! 4 beds 4 baths. Clean. Stunning view. Everything and more we were hoping for. Can’t wait to rent again.

Great condo - Perfect getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of ) adults and three kids. The views from the huge balcony were gorgeous and even with the rain, the lightning over the bay was spectacular. We played games at the large dining room table and enjoyed the pools and the beach. Perfect location to the mall area and restaurants as well. We felt safe cabbing around town and Marcos was super. He was eager to accommodate us and was available for every question we had. We would highly recommend the Grand Venetian!

Excellent location

We had visited the Grand Venetian towers before and there is a huge amount of space available in the apartment. Whilst we did have some issues to resolve Marcus their local manager was on hand by phone and text quickly and Carolyn replied promptly and everything was resolved to our satisfaction

Great condo with an outstanding location and breath taking view!

We rented this 24th floor penthouse condo for a family vacation. The location is perfect easy cab ride to airport, downtown and shopping. The condo it self has all the necessary amenities to prepare meals. The dishwasher failed and it was a challenge in getting it resolved with properity manger. The other issue we had with propriety manager was getting wrist bands. They were not supplied to us when we arrived and we were not allowed to leave the propriety to go to beach. It took a day or so to get bands. The view from the condo was awesome, the time we spent in the condo was on the balcony. The on site restaurant was excellent, good food and reasonable prices. The pools were good, there is a lot of on going discussions on holding chairs at the pool just beware and try to avoid the discussions. We ran into a situation when some one on the beach used a drone and was looking into each of the floors of the building. Overall we had a fabulous vacation and we would rent it again. Fantastic Christmas Family Vacation December 2018.

Fantastic views, Spacious clean rooms with lots of space for our family of eight. Appliances all worked and allowed us to cook many wonderful family meals and all sit at the large dining room table overlooking the ocean. Everyone enjoyed both the ocean and the pools and spas for their swimming pleasures. Beaches were clean. Carolyn answered all the questions prior to arriving in a timely manner allowing us to feel at ease as we checked in. Marcos met us with a welcoming smile and gave us a tour of the place to ensure we knew how everything worked, and where everything was located. He followed up with us during our stay to make sure everything was OK. There were plenty of linens including beach towels for the entire family. We thoroughly enjoyed our very first family destination vacation and hope to do it again in the future. We highly recommend this property.

Almost but not quite perfect

The condo was exactly as pictured in all the photos. The views from the balcony were amazing. We had a wonderful time swimming in the pools. However we had problems with the AC. After communicating with the owner, he graciously resolved our complaints to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this condo when the AC is repaired.

Perfect family spot

The condo was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Very spacious, comfortable beds, extremely well equipped kitchen, incredible views. This was a three generation family vacation and everyone was thrilled. The on-site restaurant was handy, the pools were family-friendly and the beach was great. The location was convenient for all the things we wanted to do in the area. The property managers were very helpful and responsive in preparing us for our first trip to the area and welcoming us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this property.

Just returned from a two week stay at this wonderful and spacious condo. It is well equipped with everything you could need. Views from the 24th floor are incredible. The location is perfect - just a few minutes from downtown.

Lovely condo

The condo was really nice. The beds are GREAT, the view is wonderful and the living room and kitchen are very comfortable, well maintained and complete. There were problems with the AC, but that is so common in Mexico, I don't think you can make anything of it. The snack bar/bar was closed, so we had to go off site for meals whether we wanted to or not and that wasn't perfect. (It's really why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars.) But the concierge who manages this condo got us a cook for all of our dinners during the week of our stay. His labor was only $35 a night, to shop, cook and clean up a dinner for 8, and the dinners were really gourmet experiences, with gorgeous presentation. As though we were eating in a fancy restaurant! It was an enormous treat. (We tipped him an extra $70 because he was so great.) So, anyway, this is a good deal and we recommend it.

Great Views / Well Equipped Condo / Good for Kids

We loved this condo! My brother and I rented this for my dad's 70th birthday. 6 Adults & 4 kids (Age 1, 1, 3, and 4years old) April 2017. We spent most of the time on the balcony as it had panoramic views of ocean. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved taking baths in jacuzzi on balcony. Kitchen is very well equipped with cooler to take down to pool, good knives, and tupperware. We loved this condo! My brother and I rented this for my dad's 70th birthday. 6 Adults & 4 kids (Age 1, 1, 3, and 4years old) April 2017. We spent most of the time on the balcony as it had panoramic views of ocean - eve. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved taking baths in jacuzzi on balcony. Kitchen is very well equipped with small cooler to take down to pool, good knives, and tupperware. We used the restaurant onsite and next door (El Holi) and they were reasonably priced (80pesos for breakfast / 30 pesos for beers/smoothies / 50-70pesos for margaritas/sangria). There was a wait staff that would serve you poolside if it's wasn't busy. Really good security around the pool and to enter/exit resort from both the beach and the front gate. Easter Week is very busy in Mexico as all the locals are off from work. Captain Morgan set up huge stage with DJ directly in front of resort due to Easter so music was very loud and started around 9am and ended around 11pm from Thursday - Saturday. Beach was packed because of Easter so you could buy drinks on the beach (20pesos/beer) and their were people setting up umbrellas for you ($5us) which I'm assuming is not there normally. There were beach chairs in the room to use. Beach is rocky in ocean so water shoes would be good. There is a concierge on-site but they were on vacation. Plus palapas with chairs provided by the building but we wanted to be closer to the water for the kids. Good size shallow area in the pools and one pool was shaded until noon (but also colder) which was nice for the kids to get out of the sun. There are great restaurants right outside the building and across the street (a little tricky to cross with kids)....La Dolce (Pizza), Republic Taco, Argentinian Steak House, Maricos (Seafood) Owner arranged for extra pack n play and there are sand and pool toys (noodles/floatie) there that the kids loved and we left some toys as well. $15 from Airport to Grand Venetian and $9 to from GV to Airport. Ramps everywhere for the strollers.Will definitely return!
