House is the perfect location to the beach and all the things to do! We had guests from 1 year old to 65 years old and it was comfortable for everyone! Pool and hot tub were the hi-light for most of our group!

Some of the concerns include the broken rear screen door, a malfunctioning elevator, a difficult-to-operate sliding door, unstable bunk beds and furniture, worn outdoor furnishings, uncomfortable beds and linens, a shaky spiral staircase, and a toaster that repeatedly burned food and appeared unsafe to use. There is also a very large stain on the kitchen ceiling from what appears to be a previous toilet leak that was never properly repaired. Additionally, multiple sections of the living room reclining couch do not function properly, preventing our family from comfortably relaxing together and watching TV in the evenings. The spa had no detailed operating instructions and was unusable for several days until maintenance arrived. The elevator outage has been especially difficult because a member of our party has an injured knee and relies on avoiding stairs whenever possible. We were also disappointed to discover active construction on both sides of the property, with hammering, drilling, sawing, and concrete work beginning early in the morning. This was not disclosed prior to our arrival and has been a major disruption throughout our stay. While we appreciate the communication regarding some of these items, the combination of maintenance issues, accessibility concerns, property condition concerns, and construction noise substantially effected our stay.
Place was nice, lots of steps and neighbors are right on top of you.

Beautiful home
A bit far from the beach and really could use a bathroom on the lower level by the pool but absolutely stunning home

Thanks so much for your review Jennifer and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Yes it is a 4 - 5 minute walk to the beach but the bonus is also all of teh shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, it is not legal to have a bathroom on the ground level or there would be one there. The owners miss it too. We hope you come back again and don't forget to claim your returning guest discount :)
We had a great week staying at your beautiful property.
We had a group of 13 with 7 kids, the pool was a great hit and the screened in balcony! A couple walking blocks from beach and coffee shops and more. Very clean and great location! Close walk to see a beautiful sunset in the evenings!
Great house with everything you could possibly need. Only thing I would recommend is curtains for the bedrooms. The sun is so bright and it’s difficult to sleep in with only blinds on the windows. Short and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys and pool floats. Also, we made great use out of the bar area. The second full size fridge downstairs is great to keep drinks cold. Great house for a beach getaway!

This home was gorgeous!! Spacious for the four families we had plus two extra rooms for the children to sleep in!!! We enjoyed the pool- hot tub!! Walking a short distance to the beach with all the things you need! Chairs/ stroller/ wagons/ toys for the sand/ coolers etc! This place doesn’t disappoint!!!
In the evenings we would walk to the pier area for dinner and walk back!!! No driving needed!
We have nothing to say but this place is amazing!!

There are better choices
We were not informed that the whole first floor ground level was not available. Half wall missing with electrical exposed. Unable to use ping pong table, no extra refrigerator, and great loss of play area for kids. It was not safe. Called twice, management never returned call nor gave any compensation. We also had a shower that was only a dribble,. Cushions on the patio table were gross, we just took them off .

Could have provided more
The property was fine. Big house, nice pool. Bugs were terrible. Garbage was full when we got to the house which caused the flies to be absolutely terrible. Would have been nice to have some things provided w/ the house ex: beach chairs, pool floats/toys, outdoor games (cornhole or anything to do outside) cleaning supplies. The slider on the 2nd floor does not lock which was a bit of a safety concern. Some window treatments would be nice. The storms caused the power to flicker quite a bit which knocked the AC out but the rental company had someone out to fix it promptly. Loved the proximity to Times Square area. Within walking distance to quite a bit. Pool are was nice with plenty of seating. Lower level was not available to us and neither was the ping pong table that my crew was looking forward to. Overall our stay was fine. Can't expect everything to be perfect especially with the amount of damage Fort Myers has suffered in the last few years. They are still re-building a lot on the island. If you are looking for a beach/warm weather vacation then this will suit you just fine. Go. Spend your money. Every little bit helps them re-build.
We had a great time! The property was suited very well for our party and the location to the beach was perfect! Just bring bug spray. The mosquitoes were pretty bad.

Thanks for taking the time to give us a very nice review.
We value and appreciate your feedback.
There was a total of 7 of us in the house. We were supposed to have an additional family join (would have been 5 more people) and they had a family emergency at the last minute and were not able to attend. The house is great and was clean upon arrival. Very close to the beach and had all sorts of beach equipment including kids toys (we left some more too :) ) There is a puddle jumper for toddlers for the pool (we loved it) and several floats. We bought and left two more floats.
The only negative was we were told the pool would get cleaned again on Wednesday and no one came to do this. Also, the pool lights and jets for the hot tub did not come on at night. this would have made our evenings a little more fun.
Overall, this was a great property, close to the beach and a short walk to the main downtown Ft. Myers Beach area. Great for shopping and ice cream!
Great house for our family of 13 - including 5 children from zero to five years old! Spacious, plenty of bedrooms with king beds, baby gates in place, great pool and covered cabana!
We stayed 3 families. Pool and hot tub were great hit. Ac kept house very cool. house was awesome everything we hoped. Updated and nice It is in a great neighborhood and a couple blocks from beach and Times Square. Safe area kids were 16-18 yrs old and they walked around without adults and had no issues. If you’re on the fence about this house don’t be. It is awesome

So so
The elevator didn’t work on day one, they came and fixed it and it worked a couple times and then stopped working again. The house was hot, they did bring us box fans but it really didn’t help at night because it was so hot. I had to sleep on the leather couch because it was cold’
We had our children and grandchildren for our stay. The multi levels made it so easy to have quiet nap times for the little ones and yet we could enjoy and relax at the pool area. Breakfast and coffee each morning on the screened lanai was great
Wonderful memories were made at Palermo Circle
Loved the house few little problems ice maker not working all week but was reimbursed couple broken shelves one fan not working. Overall very satisfied and booked in for next year.
We had a great time!! House was awesome!! Perfect location!!! Loved that there was an elevator, it helped a ton carrying luggage up and down the stairs!!
