Your review provides a lot of positive remarks about the home itself, but also provided low numeric ratings. We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions and photos for all properties to ensure guests arrive to a home that matches what is seen online. We have reviewed the photos to ensure they show a true depiction of the location of the home and proximity to other homes. After review, we feel that the photos accurately show the distance between other homes and proximity to neighbors. We regret that this caused a negative rating and are sorry to hear that the location of this home fell short of meeting your expectations. We are committed to excellence in customer service and it is never our desire to portray annoyance or be unresponsive to any guest request. In an effort to make sure her homes are as clean as possible for her guests, the owner employs a private cleaner for her weekly turnover cleans. In all written, pre arrival correspondences, both the owner and our firm strongly urge our guests to report any and all cleaning concerns immediately upon arrival so that we can address situation right as quickly as possible. Our goal is for your to have a great first impression of the home. In the future, if you find cleaning issues when you arrive, please reach out to any our offices. We will ensure that all of your concerns are met with solutions. With regards to the vents, at the conclusion of her season, the owner saw this issue as well. She immediately called a certified HVAC vendor who quickly realized that the issue was from condensation. With so many people staying in one house, it is not uncommon for us to find the doors open and the air condition on its lowest temperature setting. The result of that action is what you saw around the vents. The owner takes great pride in the management of her homes and just like in all previous seasons, the home will be in great condition for the 2018 rental year.
