Our patio overlooks the Norman Golf Course of Barefoot Resort, which features 3 other golf courses designed by Love, Dye & Fazio. Enjoy the Ironwood Pool (seasonally) steps from our unit or the Resort's hot tub & main pool. Our neighborhood also has a tennis court, a basketball court, and beach volleyball court, so bring your rackets and balls and stay in shape while on vacation. Also for your pleasure & convenience is the complimentary seasonal shuttle running to the beach. Unlike most condos, our unit is equipped with everything you'll need, including wireless internet access. All linens & towels are provided, including beach towels. We also are perfect for those with children, providing a pack n' play, sand toys, & small cooler. During your visit you will never lack for anything to do, & when you want to return from the day's adventures, our home will be awaiting you with all the conveniences of your home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Such a welcoming place, Very clean and stocked with everything and the entire resort is so beautiful! Our family is excited about planning for next year. The place was as described and clean. No issues during our stay but was only for 3 nights and it was just me and my son. The only thing that could be better was the beds. The master bed was ok but the twin beds were very uncomfortable. The mattress was very stiff and not comfortable. The area was good and communication was great.

The property worked for our needs. It is conveniently located and accessible to all things N. Myrtle Beach. One thing that needed better communication was the specific street address of the property. We found it but wasted more than 20 minutes driving thru the various communities. 623 Ironwood was just not enough address for locating and it was also a challenge in ordering Ubers--with that said, we did figure it out. We would return again!

Cleanliness, out dated TV, presentation

When we arrived we noticed that the toilets, shower curtains and bed sheets were not clean. Our vacation began with checking in and scrubbing toilets, washing towels and washing sheets. The back patio had a table but no chairs and was dirty. It seemed as if no one prepared the condo for guest. However, we are charged a cleaning fee. The cable in the master bedroom was not working and we were unable to view channels in the TV. Lastly, the locking system was not user friendly and quite difficult to program. Also, the dryer is on it’s last leg!!! It took us two days to finish drying the sheets and comforters. Overall, we loved the location and time spent together. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo.

As always we appreciate comments left by our guests. The lock system is guest friendly and comes with an email that contains operating instructions. When the guest was unable to operate the system, we returned their call within 5 minutes and spent time with them on the phone helping them get familiar with system. We strive hard to keep both of our condos extremely clean and have utilized the same cleaners for many years with very few problems. None of the cleanliness issues were brought to our attention until after checkout and most likely resulted from our submission of a claim against the damage protection insurance to have the rugs cleaned after the guest spilled red wine on the carpet. The guest did not incur any additional cost as the protection insurance covered the cost of the claim. We wish they had let us know they felt the condo was not up to their standards, as clearly we are available to our guests and responded quickly to their difficulty operating the doorlock. Had we known, we would have addressed those concerns immediately as well. We will continue to work hard to provide our guests with a first class vacation rental and feel our decade-long positive reviews and repeat customers speak for themselves.

The property was close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The community pool was also close to the apartment. This was a condo on the 2nd floor out of a 3 level. Within 10 minutes of arriving the down stairs neighbor came up to say it was too loud and she could here my 4 year old . From then I found myself trying to ensure she wouldn't make noise to avoid the neighbor coming to complain. Overall the place is conveniently located and in a nice area.
